Welcome to Downtown Grand Junction! This original 1898 farmhouse has been fully restored with comfort in mind. The location can't be beat, steps from downtown and CMU. A short drive to the Colorado National Monument, Los Colonias Park and amphitheater, Riverfront trail system, Mountain biking, hiking, and more! Forget your worries in this thoughtfully renovated 1800's farmhouse. This original 1898 farmhouse has modern day amenities, like central a/c, updated kitchens and bathrooms, with the design and charm of a 1800's farmhouse. Spacious, fully fenced, and beautifully landscaped yard, perfect for kids, pets and yard game fun! Enjoy the covered front porch, equipped with an outdoor fan, swings, and plenty of seating for all your guests. The back patio offers a BBQ grill and outdoor covered dining area. Come back from a day of exploring to the sauna.

The house was perfect, from the amazing dog friendly fenced backyard with cornhole, firepit, basketball hoop, and swinging chairs under the covered porch where we spent most of our time when not hiking and bike. Its walking distance from super cool Grand Junction downtown (1 mile) and close enough to drive/bike to trails. Every detail was thought about including a sauna and everything you need in a kitchen and bathrooms. The house was very clean, and although we didnt need anything that wasnt already provided, Rebecca was a great host contacting us at just the right times to make sure we were on track to an incredible vacation.

Adorable farmhouse

I stayed at this house with my mom and sister. We came up for the weekend to visit family and it worked out perfectly. We loved everything about our stay. It is an adorable and well updated farmhouse about 20min walk to downtown shops, restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed the hot tub and backyard set up.

I am from Grand junction and we have not seen family in some time because of covid. So we hosted dinners and had all the family over. Great property for family! We loved the fire pit, sauna and jacuzzi. Central location. Kitchen was great for cooking, had all the necessary pots/pans and utensils. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The cute house is stocked with all essentials needed. It is decorated so cute too. We enjoyed the outdoor fire ring. There were 5 adults & the size of home, beds & amenities worked well. We just had to rotate shower times. We appreciate all the extras & fully stocked kitchen ware. Good location. Highly recommended!

Grand Junction Getaway

Whether you are planning on having a relaxing night in or a night out in town, this is the perfect place! It is in close proximity to downtown, but also has so many extra amenities/features such as a sauna and hot tub you won't want to leave. My family was very comfortable during our stay and felt right at home. We only stayed the night, but definitely could have stayed here for an entire week easily. House was super clean, great attention to detail and the little added touches such as chocolates from the local confectionary really shows that they go above and beyond for their guests. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Farmhouse!

This was a beautiful property! It was very welcoming and the surroundings were stunning. The furnishings were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. My only caution for future guests is that the staircase to the bedrooms and full bath are very hazardous - very narrow and steep with a turn in the staircase that is very difficult to navigate due to the small steps.
