Stay comfortably in Sea Isle City at this 3-bedroom beach front condo on the promenade. The Ocean views are breathtaking from the moment you walk into the condo. The Quarterdeck Beachfront Condo is a beautiful well maintained property that features 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with king beds, and the third bedroom has 1 double over double bunk bed, and 1 twin over twin bunk bed, One full bathroom with walk-in shower is attached to a king bedroom. The second full bathroom in the hallway has a shower with a tub. The living room has a queen size pull out bed. The condo is perfect for families or groups of friends, with amenities like AC, washing/dryer machine, 4 Smart TVs and WiFi. We hope our guests can relax and unwind. There is elevator access from the ground level for your convenience and assigned parking under the building for 3 cars. This is truly a premier property!! Owner provided 6 Beach Tags. There is a Side yard shared for tenant use– it is a private grass area that is good for kids after the beach. Make your holiday or long weekend one for the books with a stay at our place!

So many wonderful things to say

We visited in late April and the house, views and community was perfect for a relaxing time away. The boardwalk was quiet before the season picks up and provided such peaceful mornings with amazing sunrise views and beautiful evenings! The home is well appointed and ideally situated for strolls along the boardwalk and a short drive to grocery store. We were able to get to neighboring areas to sightsee and shop. Closest ChargePoint stations are in Ocean City (20 min away) but plenty of Tesla charges very close if you have an adapter or one of those. We have mobility challenges and the elevator made entry with suitcases a breeze (thanks so much for that). We plan to be back again!!!

This condo on the water is everything and more. We spent another great Thanksgiving in SIC - and a lot of our 2025 memories were created in this space. The condo was great for my two teen sons, my husband, and me. I was able to successfully make an entire Thanksgiving dinner with all the kitchen essentials available. A fabulous locaton with easy access to the promenade for walks and bike rides. We could easily take advantage of all the Thanksgiving weekend activities happening in and around Excursion Park. The condo, itself, was amazingly clean and so well laid out Ed and Jen were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. There was more than enough beds for our family of four. For those with littles, it would be a perfect vacation spot for you, too! Thank you, Armando and Camille for everything!This beachside bungalow is everything and more. We spent another great Thanksgiving in SIC - and a lot of our 2024 memories were created in this bungalow. The space was great for my two teen sons, my husband, and me. I was able to successfully make an entire Thanksgiving dinner with all the kitchen essentials available. A great locaton with "roll out of bed" access to the promenade for walks and bike rides. We could easily take advantage of all the Thanksgiving weekend activities happening in and around Excursion Park. The condo, itself, was amazingly clean and well laid out. Definitely our favorite place to stay for our ongoing T'giving tradition at SIC!

Ed and Jen are born and raised in South Jersey. Ed has built a career in construction and real estate while Jen is in law enforcement. Sea Isle City is our dream retirement location, but with full time jobs, and kids of our own, our schedule does not yet allow us to spend too much time at the beach. Until then, we are happy to share our home with others and hope it provides rest and relaxation and the opportunity to create memories!

Why they chose this property

The Quarterdeck is in the heart of Sea Isle! The owners of all six units are equally passionate about the building and all strive to keep it beautifully maintained. The ramp to the promenade is right outside your door and all the food and entertainment you could want is within walking distance. For me, watching the sunrise above the Atlantic Ocean from the comfort of my living room or attached covered deck is more than I could have ever dreamed of!

What makes this property unique

The two king bedrooms and two sets of bunk beds (one doubles and the other twins) make sleeping so comfortable. The private outdoor space over looks the beach and the promenade!
