Great house in a convenient location. Sonoma was experiencing a heat wave while we were there, and the air conditioning in the living room, dining room, and kitchen couldn’t keep up with the temperatures outside (not the fault of the owner). The bedrooms, however, remained cool.

This property was beautiful, and my friends and I appreciated relaxing in the hot tub after a full day of activities. Everything was as advertised, and the property owner communicated well as needed. Would definitely stay here again.

House was perfect size for 3 couples. We all had our own room and bathrooms. There was even an extra room we didn't need. The patio is amazing, great place for all of us to sit and enjoy the weather. We didn't need to contact the host for any reason. The house was close to downtown Sonoma which made it easy to get to the square and grocery store, etc. The only downside is the city ordinance of quiet hours at 9pm. We had no idea it even included being on the patio. We didn't have music on and were just chatting by the fire at and the neighbor asked us to go inside as there is no talking after 9. (It was 9:26). We were by no means partying. So if the hot tub/fire pit is something you'd like to do, you'd need to be somewhere secluded. I believe that is a city ordinance for vrbos, not this specific house.

Our stay in Sonoma was excellent! The beds were comfortable, the house had more than enough space for everyone in our group! The only unfortunate thing was the noise ordinance/quiet hours.

The house is so lovely, warm, and comfortable. It’s on a nice, quiet street with friendly neighbors and no rowdy traffic. The hosts are AMAZING! So friendly, helpful, and responsive! I’ve never had such great communication with a host before and my whole group was thoroughly impressed!

This property had a great location and was extremely clean. We enjoyed our stay and the only problem we had was the hot tub was half full and dirty. Our host Chris responded immediately and was able to take care of the problem. Great communication and response.! if you want to be near wineries, we highly recommend this VBRO.

Property is really great for larger groups. It feels inviting, and very comfortable right away. There is plenty of space and it has a great layout with plenty of common space for larger group hanging out, as well as large kitchen. Rooms are large with comfortable beds and plenty of bedding. It has everything you'd need, and large deck in the back is great for relaxing under the shade of trees. It is very conveniently located, right of Sonoma Highway and maybe 10mins to Sonoma downtown. Chris was very helpful, responded quickly, and was very accommodating. I would definitely come back, and we will if we have a larger group again.
