Janet was a stellar host, my wife, her sister, and mother-in-law took my children down for a few days. Couldn’t ask for a better host or home to stay in and we will definitely be back.

We are usually beachfront renters, but really the drive to the beach was about as long as waiting and taking an elevator. Very close. I was a bit concerned that the pool might be too small for my grandchildren, but it was fine. The kids enjoyed it. All the balconies are wonderful. What isn’t mentioned is there is an ice cream shop right across the parking lot, maybe 25 yards away. We visited it a lot. We had a houseful, but there was plenty of room and we never felt crowded. I really liked the gates in downstairs/outside. It kept my grandchildren corralled. Definitely would recommend this property.

Besides the HEAT being excessive (thermostat was set for 71 as the lowest temp in house in August), bedroom closet door off track and tvs (plural) not working, the house was accommodating.

Response from VrboOwner on 23 August 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the home was still accommodating overall. Regarding the thermostat, please understand that it was set with a minimum temperature to help prevent the unit from freezing and avoid potential HVAC issues. We also appreciate you bringing the closet door and TV concerns to our attention, and we’ll make sure our team looks into them.

The location of this property is great. It has beautiful marsh views, the black pearl mini golf is literally steps away, and it is an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. If you don’t feel like walking, a golf cart is an excellent way to get around the area. The house itself was amazing, and everything we needed, and hoped it would be. The property manager was very responsive when we had a few questions. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would recommend this property highly.
