Speaking with hosts came very easy and they were very prompt. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in while on vacation. The cabin is secluded and but yet super close to attractions with nice views. The only advisement is the cabin does have hard water (high iron) and the downstairs bedrooms were too cold to sleep in comfortably at the time of our stay (winter). I am not sure what the issue is as i have spoken with the managment company of this cabin but the hot water on the main level does not get near as hot as the tubs/shower on the upper level. Otherwise it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback, Megan! We're glad to hear you had a peaceful and enjoyable stay and that the location, views, and especially the beds made your trip comfortable. It’s always great to know our team was responsive and easy to reach as well.
We appreciate you bringing the water and heating concerns to our attention. The cabin does have hard water due to high iron content, which can occasionally affect the feel of the water, and we’ll continue monitoring and maintaining the system to minimize any impact. We’re also looking into the downstairs heating and hot water temperature difference to ensure everything is working as it should.
Thank you again for staying with us—we truly value your feedback and would love to host you again in the future!
Our family loved our stay. The kids loved the game room. The theatre room was a nice touch, even though we didn’t have time to use it. Close to anything needed. Plenty to do close by. There was a great view of the nightly Dollywood drone/firework show. Lots of beds in this place! They supplied the cabin with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, dish detergent, and coffee. Private driveway and lot! Plenty of parking available. HUGE hot tub. There were no chairs outdoors on the porch, so bring camping chairs if you plan on hanging outside. We also would have preferred to have dressers or an available closet so we didn’t have to live out of our suitcases so much, but they probably compromised in this area because of all the bedding. There were tons of beds and was comfortable. We did kill four wasp bests while we were there. Things like that happen though, so we didn’t mind doing that.

Thank you so much for your detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that your family enjoyed the stay and that the kids especially loved the game room. We’re glad you found the location convenient and got to enjoy the amazing view of the Dollywood drone and fireworks show—such a special perk!
We truly appreciate your feedback about the outdoor seating and storage options. We'll be taking that into consideration as we continue to improve the guest experience. Thank you also for your understanding regarding the wasps—mountain stays can sometimes bring a few surprises, but we’re always happy to address those issues quickly when notified.
It means a lot to us that you took the time to share your experience, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
We were only in this cabin for a few hours, but it quickly became clear that it was not in good condition or well prepared for guests. The bottom floor was extremely cold due to poorly insulated windows, several of which were taped with plastic to keep them from blowing inward. Space heaters were being used to compensate but were not sufficient, and there is no bathroom on the lower level. There were a large number of ladybugs throughout the cabin, the water had a strong sulfur smell, and several large windows and sliding balcony doors had no blinds or curtains, impacting both comfort and privacy. The living room layout felt awkward and impractical, and there was no closet, dresser, or even wall hooks provided for clothing or coats. The location is nice though. We were also concerned about safety: there is a sharp drop-off near the front door with no railing, which would be unsafe for children or elderly guests. After we raised these concerns, the host did relocate us to a nicer cabin at no additional charge to accommodate us, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, that cabin also had unresolved heating issues, and we are currently still awaiting a final resolution through Vrbo regarding the overall situation.Overall, this initial cabin was not suitable for a comfortable or safe stay. We strongly recommend future guests confirm heating, insulation, cleanliness, and safety features before booking this cabin and with this rental host, especially during colder months.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Morgan. We’re sorry that the initial cabin did not meet your expectations during your short stay, particularly given the colder winter conditions. Guest comfort and safety are always important to us, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
As soon as we were notified, we worked quickly to relocate your group to another cabin at no additional charge in an effort to accommodate your needs. While we regret that your experience did not begin as smoothly as intended, we’re glad we were able to offer an alternative solution promptly.
We take all guest feedback seriously and continuously evaluate our properties to improve comfort, amenities, and overall guest experience. We appreciate you noting the positive aspects of the location and thank you for staying in communication with our team and VRBO regarding resolution.
We wish you the best moving forward and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
