The space:
Our “Retreat” is located in a very quiet area just west of historic Florence - just north of downtown Omaha.

According to lifelong residents, the entire neighborhood was an orchard many years ago. We have one of the original apple trees that produce thousands of tart and juicy apples every August!

There are numerous fast food establishments nearby as well as restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies! Many shopping centers and attractions are between 12 and 20 minutes as we are 2 miles from Interstate 680. Even though we are 11 minutes from Eppley Airport, we rarely hear or notice planes overhead.

Guest access:
NOTE: there is a ramp, 36” door with zero entry, toilet with grab bar, and zero entry shower

Guests are welcome to use the entire house and property other than the basement, locked office, attached garage and outbuildings.

- total individuals on property limited to twice published overnight capacity.

Keep property clean and tidy including kitchen and outdoor property.

There is a $30.00 pet fee. Dogs must be crated/kenneled when left alone. Wire kennels are available to rent for $5.00 per day.

No use or possession of illegal substances .

Fire ring use:
- May be restricted during dry periods
- Constant adult attention
- Extinguish fire when leaving area
- Use provided firewood only
- Do not burn trash or other items
- Be attentive, especially when children and pets are present.

No access to basement or outbuildings unless in an emergency.

There is abundant parking, but only on paved areas or next to the street.
