We enjoyed our time with family in the mountains..The cabin was nice for a short stay. I don’t think I would want to stay longer than a couple of days. It was nice but.,not a cozy feel.Wished the family room would have been bigger,h

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed spending time with your family in the mountains and found the cabin suitable for a short stay. We appreciate your honest thoughts about the space and overall feel. Thank you for staying with us, and we’re glad you had a nice visit overall.
The check in process was easy . We got into town early and were not allowed to check in early which was a bit disappointing, but understandable, The place and location were beautiful. The drive-way was a downslope driveway with gravel so I do not recommend driving down into it unless you have 4 wheel drive. My vehicle was too big to turn around to drive forward out of it and we had an issue backing out. For the rest of the stay we parked on the road so I did not get stuck again. The hot tub didn't work when we got there. The breaker switch got flipped somehow and was not told to try that until the second day without the hot tub. . The first day I called about it I was told that it would heat up ( it was at 64 degrees), I explained it hadn't went up in 4 hours, but again they told me to wait. The next day they told me to try the breaker to reset it. The jets were working on the first night so it had power, it just wouldn't heat up. Then the shower wasn't working on bottom floor, it took 2 days to get that fixed. So I guess I was disappointed that things were not working correctly. Maintenance was super nice , it was just disappointing that not everything worked. It was beautiful inside and a great view. The drive up is curvy and hilly , but again beautiful.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful location and views, and that our maintenance team was kind and helpful. That said, we truly apologize for the inconvenience with the hot tub, shower, and driveway challenges. Your feedback is very helpful. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the chance to provide a smoother stay next time.
