I came all the way from Brazil to visit Disney and stayed in this house… and it was a wonderful experience. The house is extremely comfortable, fully equipped, and very welcoming. I truly felt at home. The location is perfect, close to the parks with easy access to everything we needed. It was, without a doubt, the best place we've ever stayed. I'm so grateful for the hospitality and would definitely stay here again.

I had an absolutely impeccable experience at this house in Florida. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spacious and clean everything was. The pool is a real highlight—large, very well maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The house felt like something out of a magazine—comfortable, nicely decorated, and still with that cozy vibe that makes you feel at home. Honestly, it was a dream stay. We had such an amazing stay! The house was incredibly spacious with 7 bedrooms, making it perfect for our group. The location was one of our favorite parts — we were super close to everything Orlando has to offer, and there was even a great food truck park right down the street! The house is directly across from the community pool, but honestly, having our own private pool and hot tub at the house made it even better. There was so much space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy the trip without ever feeling crowded. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Between the location, the amount of space, the private pool and hot tub, and how convenient everything was, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for larger families or groups visiting Orlando!

We had a great stay at this home! The property looked exactly like the pictures and had more than enough space for my guests and me to be comfortable. One of our favorite features was that each bedroom we used had its own bathroom—it made everything so convenient for our group. The community itself was nice and felt well-kept. Entry was smooth using the QR code system, which we appreciated for security and ease. The only downside was that the pool spa wasn't as warm as expected, which would've made the experience even better. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking again!

Best Staycation of my life

My family and I had an amazing time at this amazing house. Starting with looking at all bedrooms, every door was a surprise. Everything so well thought out, cozy and clean. Our plan was to drop off the kids and entertain ourselves around the area, but the house was so inviting, that we decided to shop for a few meals and drinks and just enjoy the beautiful backyard. All the adults just relaxed and enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool all day. The surrounding screen gave us privacy without feeling boxed in, while protecting us from mosquitoes. The back of the house has no neighbors and has beautiful trees. When the kids were back they spent the rest of their energy in the amazing game room. They enjoyed the pool and some tv time. The kitchen is well equipped allowing us to make meals for our big family instead of ordering out. Aldi and Walmart are right around the corner so the shopping bill was very low. We can't wait to go back. We are trying to set a date with all my siblings and their kids so we can have a family vacation. Thank you thank you this was definitely the kind of vacation that we all needed.

Everything was exactly as expected! The house was beautiful , Our only complaint was the pool , the water was freezing and water was semi dirty. We didn’t purchase pool heat thinking the sun will warm up the water but we were wrong , the yard is completely shaded , there’s trees over top of pool . So I will definitely recommend purchasing pool heat . Other than that we would love to rent this house in the future!

The house was outstanding, great location, easy to find, big spacious rooms, but the downstaits AC went out the last day we were there. The management team could not be contacted and the afterhours numbers did not work. So, it was extremely hot down stairs.

Simple Fixes

QR code not given to gain entry into the development, had to pull over with five other vehicles to the side of the road and wait until someone responds to the text, no one answered the phone number to the managing company (after traveling and needing to have access to the bathroom). The sliding glass door lock was broken and had to be repaired the next day delaying our departure to venture out in the city, I was questioned why it wasn't reported on the first day. The last incident and most impactful was to find out the linen on one of the beds was filthy and not discovered until the morning of the third day. I called the management company to have them replaced and I was told that wasn't possible. once I was told that I contacted VRBO and the owner of the facility. VRBO could not get a response. I left a message to the owner and no response. Besides the before mentioned the house was very nice and comfortable. The bed linen situation was completely unacceptable,

Overall the property was very spacious and comfortable for a larger group. The host was responsive to communication before/during our stay. The pool had a fence which was a great added layer of safety for young kids. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient with shopping and restaurants nearby. The washer and dryer was very convenient. The house was equipped with a few basics to get started - a small dish soap, sponge, two trash bags, one dishwasher detergent pod, one laundry detergent pod and some coffee filters. There is only a 5 cup coffee pot and 5 pool towels which isn’t enough for the number of people the property accommodates. Each bathroom only had one small roll of toilet paper with no extra rolls in the house. Having items to accommodate the number of people the property allows would have been nice. A few things that were unclear from the listing: if you don’t pay to heat the pool then the hot tub will not be heated. There is also a personal vehicle parked at the house that blocks half of the driveway. We could only get one car into the driveway and had to rely on community parking for our other vehicles For a property that accommodates 10 people, parking for more than one car is needed. The listing pictures a full driveway but this is not what you have access to. Community parking is full on weekends so if you leave at night you run the risk of not having a spot. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
