The pool, tiki hut, hot tub areas were perfect for our group of older kids & friends. The location is right in the heart of quaint Anna Maria, walking distance to shops, beaches, etc. However, it was very hot (June) so I recommend renting a golf cart for the week to scoot around on and sightsee.

Great location, beautiful house. The parking for 3 vehicles was very convenient for guests visiting and our rental golf cart. Monkey bus will pick you up for 5 / person plus tip. The pool was gorgeous and the shade under the tikki hut was our main hang out area while we watched the kids swim. I will definitely be back!

The location and pool itself add value to the rental, however it needs several things addressed. A lot of the provided beach stuff is falling apart, the kitchen had a disgusting odor we couldn’t get rid of, smelled like rotten seafood. The trash when we arrived outside had maggots everywhere. The deck is falling apart , screws protruding and loose boards in spots. One of the toilets would not flush. Tv in one bed room did not work, The gate in the back is coming apart. The pool was full of leaves when we arrived The house could be great but needs several improvements.

Great location

Our host larry was great, he answered every question and was always available. It was pretty cold the week we were here so we explored tampa and bradenton. The backyard was awesome, very peaceful.
