Custom Built Home W/ Amazing Views Of Kachemak Bay

A 2000 sq. foot 2 bedroom 2.5 bath custom built home located on 3 private acres. Beautiful spruce trees and wildflowers surround the property.

Heather View Vacation Rental is great for couples , families and friends.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed,walk in closet, a sitting area with a lovely view and an attatched deck.

The main bathroom has a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub for two. The second bedroom has a queen size bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities needed to make your stay perfect including all cooking utensils microwave, coffee maker and breakfast bar.

There is a comfortable living room with leather furniture and a separate dining room with sliding glass doors. The lower level has a trundle bed that can be 2 single beds or 1 king bed.There is an entertainment center with a large sitting area and a leather couch and a leather recliner. Also a 50' flatscreen t.v. with cable. The entire house is equipped with WIFI. Outside there is a large wrap around deck with BBQ grill and large landscape lawn with picnic area and firepit.

This property is amazing. Location, location, location... Beautiful views even in the rain. I loved how well stocked like tissues in every room. The decks are everywhere... There was nothing you wanted or needed. The hostesses were great, friendly, and always willing to help. We love Homer to begin with so this was such a bonus to stay here. We will be back. One thing that needed to be stated is there are so many stairs. If you have any problems you might have trouble climbing them, But worth it.. Enjoy your day thanks for a great stay!!!

Maggie's place is an excellent place to stay in Homer. The kitchen was stocked nicely, the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, and the outdoor space and views were spectacular. Would stay again if we are in the Homer area.

The house was really nice and super clean with beautiful views of Kachemak Bay! It was well stocked with everything we needed. The grill was even clean, which was great. We definitely would stay there again if we are back in Homer.

Amazing place!

We loved our 5 night stay in this very private, large home. Great views, saw a moose and her calf in the neighbor's yard, comfortable beds and great kitchen (with sharp knives, a rarity for rentals!) Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Homer.

This was our second stay at Heather View. In addition to the million dollar view of Kachemak Bay and across Cook Inlet, the house is beautiful. Great kitchen, nice bedrooms and decks. We also really enjoyed the fire pit. This is a beautiful property and a great host.

Beautiful home with beautiful view

The House and property was better than described and convenient to everything in Homer without being too close. We greatly enjoyed our stay and Maggie’s hospitality. We even got to see a mom and baby moose at midnight just outside the door one night.

Stunning Views

This place was everything I’d hoped it would be. Very comfortable for two couples and the views from the windows and balcony were incredible. I would definitely stay there again if we ever make it back to Homer which we also loved.

View Vacation Rental along with my husband John.We have lived in Homer for 30 years. I am a retired chef and my husband works on a research vessel M.V. Tiglax for U.S. Fish and Wildlife. We travel 2-4 months in the winter months and have been to over 20 countries.

We moved to Homer 30 years ago and fell in love with the beauty and friendliness of the people. We still feel that way today and welcome people into our home to experience the alaskan way.
