Great property, and our 2nd time to stay in this unit. Clean, well equipped by owners. Only ( petty) gripe is that a few items (living room blinds, master shower door) need repairs. Have not been addressed over multiple months. Will stay here again!

Nice unit, property manager needs to be WAY more knowledgeable.

I previously owned a unit at this property that I also rented so I have an unusually high level of knowledge regarding the rules and regs.The management company responsive to answer my questions prior to booking. However, 2 days before check-in they sent us instructions and something was clearly amiss. Wifi instructions were blank, and when I questioned them on it, they said "the property would provide that". That explanation seemed "off" but since I had not stayed here for several month, I assumed maybe something had changed...it hadn't.We arrived to check in and the property had no record of our reservation. The desk attendant commented that they "always seemed to have problems like this" with the property management company. We started calling and texting them and did not receive an answer or a response for an hour, completely unacceptable. the front desk clerk allowed us to get checked in since she felt bad for us.Once checked in, we inquired about the wifi and where the hair dryer was? As is suspected the units had individual wifi access and the property manager did not have it. We spend the 1st 3 days with no wifi as a result. They promised they were going to drop off a hair dryer "later that day" (it is now 4 days later and no hair dryer).The unit is nice, tastefully furnished and decorated! There were no trash cans in the bathrooms or basic kitchen staples (salt and pepper, spices), but overall the unit was fine. Property manager needs to be better.
