Amazing Host and Listing

The host has been quick with responses, extremely helpful, and amazingly kind! The listing is very cozy and in a great location close to Ocean Avenue with tons of food options, close to the pier, and is perfect for 1-2 people. Would highly recommend booking this location if available!

Delightfully Cozy

Booked this for a guy trip for my 15-year-old son and I: what a nice stay it was! Wonderful location 1 block from Palisade Park, the bed was so comfy and easy to sleep on, and the included parking made coming and going a breeze. Communication with the host was always quick and concise. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank so much!

Why they chose this property

I have lived in this apartment for 14 years and the location is unbeatable. We are a 5 minute walk to the bluff and the beautiful Palisades Park, where I used to run every day, with its breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Monica Mountains. I have been admiring the sunset from this park for over a decade and I never get tired of it!
Montana Ave is the next block, it is the Champs Elysees of Santa Monica! Lots of restaurants, clothing stores and the Aero, an annex of the American Cinematheque to watch lots of classics.
The Third Street Promenade and downtown Santa Monica are also within walking distance (3 blocks south), great for shopping, dining and going to the movies.

What makes this property unique

This is a 50's beach apartment. It has retained that mid-century charm. I have two gas heaters so it's warm in the winter! The building is quiet and the location is so exquisite that this place is a real gem.
