We had three families together at the house to celebrate the end of the summer. The place was perfect! It’s right on the water so everyone could move easily from the beach, to the house, and back again. The house was big, clean, well stocked and we had plenty of room to hang out. Top it off with Joe being responsive and providing excellent communication, it couldn’t have been better.

Great view of beach! Easy access to beach. Walkover just one house down and road to beach just two houses down. Bring or rent a golf cart! House very clean and in excellent condition. Short drive to restaurants and crabbing pier. Owners were very responsive. We would definately stay here again.

Our family of 16 just spent Thanksgiving here and everyone had a great time and loved the house. Highly recommended! Beautifully decorated and right on the beach. Joe might’ve been the most responsive host we’ve ever had. He answered every question or concern within minutes , even on Thanksgiving, so he definitely cares about making sure his guests are ok and highly satisfied . Would def come back!

The house was very nice and clean. Direct view of the ocean which was very nice. There was no direct beach access, need to walk two houses down to road to access the beach. This was not bad but somewhat difficult with smaller children. The space in the house was very nice. It was nicely decorated and furnished. There were kitchen items such as pots and pans but not quite enough for as many of us that there were. The cooking utensils were all broke but usable. There was not a can opener- we bought a handheld one and left there. If you have small children brink plastic plates and cups or buy disposable one. The house has very nice dishes and glasses, but most are breakable, so we did not use. They do provide 4 plastic plates and 6 larger plastic glasses; we did use these. There is a small yard- it was not mowed so we did not use - there were lots of mosquitos so have spray ready, especially in the evening. The owners are very responsive and great to work with. The appliances are high end and very nice. Overall, the home was very nice and comfortable. The pillows were amazing! The dining table was large and perfect for our family.

Very clean stay and owners were very responsive and helpful. We struggled with the door locking and the hot water but they came over, fixed the door and showed us that the breaker for the hot water heater had flipped. They were so nice and it was a great stay. Love the walking distance to the beach, made it super easy. We enjoyed our stay very much!
