We had a fantastic time staying here! The location was perfect, just a quick 10-minute Uber ride to downtown. The house was clean and exactly as described and pictured. The hosts were quick to respond, making communication easy and convenient. You really can’t beat the price for such a fun place. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house and location

The house easily accommodated are group of 8 people. Enough beds to sleep way more than what we needed. Great top floor patio with an excellent view of downtown with a gas fire pit to stay warm! Fun games in the house, pool table, Pac-Man arcade, and board games. Just be aware of parking. Not many spots available and can get really busy.

Positives. Clean and modern. Gas range with double oven. Rooftop hot tub W/epic view. Easy Uber to downtown and airport.Cons: Parking not as bad as stated but does fill up. Lots of stairs if you have elderly. Homeless loitering in the evening which is typical for Nashville.Overall: Well priced and would stay again.

Excellent location for Nashville. Small cluster of units. Easy and inexpensive Uber lifts to/from anywhere. Less for a round trip XXL Uber lift than 1 hour of parking on Broadway! Suited our party of 10 easily. Wish there was a sofa upstairs and a sponge & dish towels in the kitchen, but otherwise a great place to hang your head and enjoy your Nashville downtimes!! The trash pile outside upon leaving was crazy. The association needs to add another dumpster, for sure!! Communication ahead of time was great, but a glitch on the check-out day regarding a late checkout confirmation. Overall, highly recommend and would stay here again!! Thank you.

The house was overall nice and clean, how ever the grass was about three feet tall, hadn’t been mowed in months, and there was more trash next to the dumpster than in it, when texted a pic and about it they just said they would get the HOA on it and it never got taking care of the whole week we was there. We even had to pick the same trash up in front of our apartment to keep it clean from where the animal’s had got into it, then the wind would blow it around the whole property .
