Beautiful river front studio with dock and adjacent boat ramp
Enjoy your river stay in our beautiful guest house studio complete with private dock (shared with owner) and adjacent boat ramp. This riverfront property is a very rare 10 acres of pristine landscape and direct access to the Suwanee River ideal for a getaway filled with river activities Including paddle boarding, kayaking, waterskiing, fishing and swimming. Within a few minutes boat ride, you can be swimming in beautiful freshwater Springs. Amazing places to eat by water and by Land! Located on the Suwannee River, but only a short 20 minute boat ride to the mouth of the Santa Fe river. The studio is located in a separate building, but on the same property as our residential home.

The Suwanee river has been entertainment for our family since my children were born. They are grown and gone now, but still come often to enjoy all that the Suwanee river has to offer. We are available and ready to make your stay a vacation you will always look back on fondly.
