Cool place with the Octagonal architecture. The central area was especially nice, and had lots of games. The fire pit is great. Plus, convenient to downtown Floyd.

Very easy booking process, Pat is fast and efficient. Liked the house, it was very clean and liked the different flavors of coffee available to us. Sat outside near the fire pit after a day of riding having a beer...more than 320 miles on the Blue Ridge. In Floyd you can find restaurants. Nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming mountain home! The house is so cute, unique, and comfortable — full of personality and thoughtful touches that made it feel warm and inviting. The setting was peaceful and relaxing, and we appreciated the cozy atmosphere after our days out exploring. There was a temporary issue with the water due to a newly dug well, but the host was responsive and offered to help right away. I understand the issue was professionally resolved next day! We appreciated their quick communication and willingness to make things right.Overall, this home is a wonderful retreat with lots of character, and we’d definitely recommend it for a fun, unique stay.
