We had such a wonderful stay at this charming cottage. The property is magnificent and Theresa is such an incredible and sweet lady. It is clear that she works really hard and we just adored her, her sweet doggies, and everything about our stay. We will definitely return!

Beautiful property. Gracious hosts. Love the charm, the land, the cows and the super sweet dogs. Sitting on the porches is food for the soul. Cool mountain breezes in August...wait is this Virginia?? We were greeted by the farmer who keeps the cows there and encouraged to partake of the vegetable garden - which we did (we also put our scraps in the compost bin hope that is ok!) The veggies we picked were awesome, and gave us ideas for our own gardens next year :) Thank you for sharing your property. It is truly a blessing to be able to stay there.

Brought my dog to this really cute and quaint cottage! We had an issue figuring out where to park but that was totally my bad, I missed instructions. The cottage had everything we needed and was so peaceful and quiet. We felt very comfortable and loved it. Our host was more than amazing and super sweet! We would stay again

Theresa, the owner of the property, was so hospitable and easy to work with. She warmly greeted us, gave us the lay of the land, tended to our needs, and welcomed us to explore her beautiful property. We wish we had more time to explore but it was a busy few days with our son’s graduation so we will definitely come back again!

Once again our stay was GREAT! It is so peaceful we all slept late which is very rare. We all loved fishing in the ponds and the kids really enjoy playing with the dogs and the duck. We met one of your friends who is planning a sailing trip and we all enjoyed meeting and talking with her....what a lovely lady The only real bad part of our weekend was we had to pack up and come home - one of our kids cried So we need to come back again soon! We hope we see you in the fall. Thanks for having us! Matt and family

Amazing! A must stay for those who appreciate rest and relaxation in an unbelievable setting. This was a dream! The host was wonderful! She left a delicious homemade treat and fresh flowers on the table. The property was stunning and my kids got to explore freely without worry. 10/10!
