We had a wonderful time! The accommodations were great and the house was close to Timberline Ski Resort.

Pleased with ease of checkin. Thoughtful host who left a welcome note and bottle of wine. Comfortable beds and well stocked home. No sheets for sofa bed upon arrival but was delivered the next day. Only complaint was pet hairs on bedding, carpet and furniture from previous guests. Plenty of wood for fireplace which we appreciated since temperatures dropped in the teens.

When we arrived the cleaning person was still there. It appears they were rushing as the unit was dirty and didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well at all. Toilet was dirty, shower had hair on the curtain and in the drain. Previous renters trash was piled up outside at the curb and with it being in the country, it was clear raccoons went through it. I emailed about having it cleaned up and after two days, they finally responded with, “no, it is on a schedule”. Just a disappointing experience. The place is nice (albeit a little dated) but I hope the actual owner of this reads this review and considers trying a different property management company.

Hi Justin, I apologize with the miscommunication regarding the trash. The home shares a trash receptacle with the few houses around the area and it is picked up on Tuesdays. We were not told it was overflowing and needed attention. We were also not informed you felt the home was dirty. We show the cleaner had arrived at 1pm that day and left at 3.30. You arrived around 3:15. our check in time is 4pm, which is why she was still there. Had you informed us you were not satisfied with the cleaning we would have been able to correct it for you. I apologize you were not satisfied.

This house was great! The house was very clean when we arrived. The house was very well stocked with firewood.The full kitchen was very easy to use with a wide assortment of utensils and cookware. We would definitely stay here, again.
