Cute two bedroom stay for 3 guests and our 2 dogs. It was very conveniently located 10-15 minutes from South Lake Tahoe. The outdoor living space was my favorite and the kitchen had pretty much everything you would need to enjoy meals at home.

We had a great time here. The location is wonderful, the home is a very quiet part of town that is close to amenities. Great patio to enjoy the outdoors.

Cozy and comfortable

Thank you for a lovely place to spend some family time in Tahoe. The house was comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood with amazing trails nearby.

Tahoe Getaway

We had a great stay at the Cozy Bear Cabin! The location was perfect for skiing at Heavenly. The cabin was charming, clean and well appointed for our needs. The property manager provided quick responses to my inquiries. I highly recommend this home and look forward to returning soon!!

PCT Zero Days

Met up with our son and trail buddies to support a few “zero” days as they took a break from their PCT thru hike in early July. Cabin was just what we needed with easy proximity to town to reaupply. Only suggestion would be one or two box fans as it was quite warm the few days we were in South Lake Tahoe.

Cozy Bear

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient to the West side of town but reasonably close to everything. The shower could use a hose attachment as the shower head is about five feet high. Don't plan on getting a lot of computer work done as the WiFi is weak, all as advertised. We would definitely consider coming back.

Cozy cabin - 5 stars

Family of 4(including a 6 yo and an 1yo) stayed in this cozy cabin for 3 nights.Communication is very efficient, they always respond within an hour. Several emails sent with details regarding the property and checkin/checkout process. Cabin is super clean and cozy. Plenty blankets, kitchenwares and toiletries. The only thing I need to mention was the bedroom close to kitchen gets super loud when the heater kicks in. Other than that we have no complaint at all. Will come back to it if the place is still available in our next Tahoe trip.

Great comfy cabin

Would definitely stay here again, despite a few issues. The good: the cabin is surprisingly roomy, from the kitchen to the bedrooms. And king size beds! Property management was very communicative prior to arrival, which made getting in really easy. Kitchen is a good size and had everything needed. The open floor plan made hanging out easy and the decor was cute. However, we were only able to connect to the internet for a single afternoon (out of 3 days). Wifi worked, but wouldn't connect us. Property management couldn't help, as they don't manage the individual wifi/cable services. Thankfully we were able to use our hotspots when we really needed it (really only an issue because we had to work on one of the days... so that's on us). Also, the showerhead is really low. I'm 5'5 and had to crouch down to wash my hair. My tall kid and really tall husband had a more difficult time 😁 All in all though, a really nice place. Perfect if you're looking to get away and enjoy the mountains.

Simply wonderful.

Clean, cozy, however one critique, fans. It was warmer than expected. Other than that, it was lovely. I would highly recommend this home to another family.

Cozy

Very cozy. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Had a lot of blankets and pillows. Rollaway bed was convenient. Front bedroom was really cold. We didn’t sleep in it. Master bedroom had soiled pillow case and comforter. Management was willing to come over to wash them but we just switched them out since they had some more there.
