• Elevator: Building elevator operated by management; occasional maintenance/outages are outside our control; stairs required if unavailable

• Communal amenities: Pools, hot tub, fitness center, and BBQ areas are community-managed; hours and availability may vary

• Pets: Not permitted per HOA rules; fees apply if evidence of pets is found

• Check-in/out: Check-in 4:00 PM; checkout 10:00 AM; early check-in/late checkout may be possible with approval and a fee, not guaranteed in advance
