The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
WASH AND DRY ALL BEACH TOWELS BEFORE DEPARTURE. Leave comforter, pillows, protectors on bed.
Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away. 
Turn all lights off. Set AC to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure. Lock all doors & windows at your departure. If a key was used please put it back in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My friends and I had our second OBX year in a row at Sandy Pants because we love it so much! The house location is perfect, it’s such a great place for the ten of us to gather. There’s plenty of big spaces, all the rooms are lovely, and we just LOVE the pool space at the end of a long beach day. I cannot recommend Gia’s property enough, she’s also an amazing host, always really communicative and helpful. We hope to one day return!!

We all had plenty of space. The kitchen, dining, and living room held all 15 comfortably. The hot tub, pool, and golf was well used. The beach is really steps away. A real bonus was the bathroom next to the outdoor shower. We had a great time.

A Fabulous Friends Fourth of July!

We had an incredible time stay at Sandy Pants over Fourth of July weekend. My friends and I have been coming to the Outer Banks for years and this was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed. The house is plenty big for 10 people and the pool was such a fun addition to our trip this year. The location is perfect—a three-minute walk to a private access beach and a short bike ride into downtown Duck. Our host was prompt and responsive to messages and the house was in excellent condition when we arrived. We will absolutely be back!!

In addition to my education, my love for business & entrepreneurial spirit led me to Hosting!
