The house was perfect and Chris, the host, was highly responsive. Among the aspects of this house you will very much appreciate are the bathrooms in each bedroom, the large, open kitchen/living room area, decks on each floor, and the bedrooms that can accommodate different combinations of guests. Major bonuses include the hot tub, the bicycles, the basketball net, the multitude of indoor and outdoor games, the kayak, as well as the pool just a short walk down street. We felt that we got our money's worth and--between the house, pool, ocean, and sound--didn't need to leave the area to have a great time. Proximity to the town of Duck was another plus. Chris was very responsive. He made sure our check in went smoothly and responded immediately when I had questions and requests.
