The house has a Polk City address but GPS will tell you it is a NW Ankeny address which is close to dozens of eating choices and stores. Great for XL families & work groups/contractors.

Thank You for your 5 star rating and your kind remarks. I try to make your visit as great as I can. It is hard to advertise all the remodeling a $120,000 budget can provide to my guests from the 2 new kitchens & new flooring through out the house to the huge 600 sq ft rec room. The space is what people like best with 8-9 brs & 4 nice bathrooms make your stay as comfortable as it possibly can be. Thanks Again. You were Great also.

Perfect Size House

We stayed for state track with our team and the layout of the off house was perfect. Everyone had room to move around and have space. The double kitchen was perfect for our large group.

The whole house did not look like it had been clean- many bugs in the house- floor, tubs, window, dining & living room tables were not clean, the oven was dirty( pieces of food in it). The smell was not good. One of the beds didn't look made. Overall it was not clean. The owner offered another property to use stating it was ready to use. When we got there it also smelled and lookednlike the cleaners left in the middle of the job. We sent pictures to the host. He said he would refund us our money. So far nothing more. Hopefully soon or i will contact VRBO and TALK to them.

Graduation celebration with Family

This place was beautiful. The pictures didn’t show the real beauty of the house. Very spacious. Way more space than we expected. Big yard that the kids enjoyed. Would love to rent again in two years when our other granddaughter graduates. I highly recommend
