Amazing Beautiful all around view! With very easy lake access. Good area close to main attractions. Loved the close boat ramp, made boating easy. Host was very friendly and responsive. Enjoyed the fire pit and nice grill. The master shower drain needed unclogging,it drained extremely slow. The hot tub breaker was knocked when we arrived and the tub wasn’t hot and smelled musty.

Overall, our stay was great. We felt the house could use a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty or cluttered, but cobwebs on the lights, floors needed swept better, and the downstairs patio needed a spring cleaning. Beds throughout the house were very comfortable.

We loved our stay, it was so hard to leave. This house gave us the ability to spend time together without feeling cramped, but had enough space that we could be in our own areas if we wanted. The lake was down, but still had so much fun fishing off the bank! Also, found local spots around the lake where we could fish.The house was beautiful and truly felt like home. We will absolutely be returning!

Since the property is on the main channel, there is always plenty of water, but the dock typically doesn’t float until around mid-May. Water levels can vary, as they are controlled by the reservoir system

The location was wonderful and the layout of the home was lovely. There were consistent issues with the WiFi and if you plan on working remotely, WiFi is unreliable. There was a significant amount of cobwebs all over the interior of the home on the vents and ceiling fans and we had to clean them. The outside decks had some chairs with damaged webbing which made the outdoor tables unusable to sit around. The exterior space needed a good cleaning and the interior needs a deep cleaning. The outside hot tub was not usable until the last day when a service person did a repair.

The cabin was nice and cozy and clean, the cabin has a beautiful view of the lake with unfortunately the lake was low at this time, the stove and microwave was the only thing I can say needs some maintenance attention , the start button in the oven was very hard to get it to start, the heat use button to he microwave was hard to get the door to open. Other than that the time spent here was very relaxing and much needed.

This house is our home away from home

We absolutely love staying at this lake house. Plenty of room for everyone and Has everything you need It is just a short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We have stayed there for many years and hope to be back each year Great house, great location and a beautiful view of the lake.

Host had great communication and was very responsive. The house was nice and had a beautiful deck and view of the lake. We would love to come back when the lake is higher and the dock is floating but we still had fun fishing and the dogs loved jumping in the lake!
