This property is a fantastic house for a family vacation. The host Marco did an excellent job of welcoming us and answering all our questions. It is an excellent location within walking distance of Kona center. We would definitely stay here again.

The host Marco was wonderful. Any question or need we had he was responsive and took care of things immediately. We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The ocean front property and the sunset views from this home were amazing . We had our whole family together celebrating my husbands 70th birthday. It could not have been more perfect. The memories made will always be special to us.

The property was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of space in the large living/dining/kitchen area for everyone to be together, and enough separation of the bedrooms for everyone to have their own space when needed. The pool was fantastic! It was long enough to be a lap pool but wide enough for play and perfect for cooling dips. The ocean view out the back was beautiful and we caught many sunsets. The house was equipped with everything one would need. Marco, the property manager, was the best ever. He was accommodating with the checkin time, he came by on the first day to explain various things in person, and also took care of an appliance issue right away so that our stay would be seamless. Would stay at this property again if we were to return to Kona!(One thing to note- the internal doors all have slats so rooms are not completely “soundproof”)

Our host was so amazing and accommodating, I cannot say enough about him. He made everything happen for us. The only problems we had were, the stove that did not work well and kept shutting off, the heavy doors that need to be replaced that allow access and views toward the pool and the beach, the air-conditioning had to be reset because it was entirely too hot at night. Everything else was spectacular, just as I imagine with the waves crashing on the rocks. I could not have enjoyed it more. Its proximity to town was also good for me because we could walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up, and it is a great location.We also had a bit of “bonus adventure” during our stay thanks to the Kona low storm- but, it just added to the experience—nothing says authentic Hawaii vacation like dramatic skies and warm rain. Marco was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed, including coconut Masada.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing island getaway—with or without a little tropical weather excitement!

Spring Break With The Family

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was great for teens with an easy walk to town, parks and beaches. Open floor plan was great for relaxing by the pool and enjoying the ocean view. Ample private space for the adults and the home was well stocked. Would stay again for certain.

Beautiful Kona home

This property was above and beyond our expectations.The beds and bed linens are fantastic and comfortable.The amenities such as the pool and bbq grill are phenomenal.The host Marco is great and very responsive if needed.Overall a great value for the nightly rate and the location is perfect.

We had an amazing stay and plenty of room with 7 adults. Our host, Marco, was super welcoming and we felt like he was a text away from anything we needed. He gave great recommendations and was really knowledgeable about the island. The home was clean and had plenty of space for everyone. It was located in a gated community close to grocery stores and restaurants. Kitchen was fully stocked(spices, oil, condiments, rice maker) with everything we needed to cook all week, including coffee. They offered ample towels for pool and bathrooms. Dining table was large and we all sat comfortably for meals. Things I didn't understand by the pics: The entire living room and kitchen(open floor plan) open up to the outside(the whole wall is accordion doors) which is amazing listening to the ocean waves as you make breakfast, etc. The master bedroom wall also opens up to the outside and the view of the ocean. There are incredible views from your bed. Also, there is 2 bedrooms upstairs with their own bathrooms (master upstairs) 2 bedroom downstairs share a bathroom and the bunk room is off the kitchen. The pool was a great temperature and cleaned throughout the week. We used all their pool toys, snorkel gear, beach chairs and cooler.we walked down from behind the house to a small beach that lots of kids were swimming. Home has a lot of privacy. Comfortable home and great sunsets

We had a wonderful time with our family at this house celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. The house was exactly what you see in the photos. It was clean, newly updated and very comfortable for our family of 10. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and having 4 bedrooms with king beds was a plus. The extra bunk room was perfect for the kids. We also loved that the house was conveniently located close to grocery stores and farmers markets. We loved swimming in the pool and exploring the tide pools behind the house every day. Snorkeling at the Keiki beach located a few steps down the road was a highlight for us. We had an incredible week and would recommend this house to anyone.

We had such a memorable stay at the Kailua-Kona home. Besides the fact that it was just as described and just as nice as the pictures posted, the ocean in your backyard, and the most amazing sunsets every night were the best part. Marcos, the property manager came the first day to introduce himself, and close enough to help us with any needs we may have had. The house was stocked with everything a family needs for a comfortable week’s stay. Kitchen, dining room, living room, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry, and pool were all well maintained. We are looking forward to our next stay on the island of Hawaii in the beautiful Kailua-Kona home.C

My family and I were very pleased with our choice of where to stay during our vacation to the Big Island of Hawaii! The cabinets were well supplied with things you would expect like dishes and other living essentials. They even had coffee that was specific to the area which was a nice touch.! The garage had an extra refrigerator along with water toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach amenities.The beds were very comfortable, and there was more than enough room to accommodate our whole family. We spent most of our at house time in the wonderful backyard with a cool swimming pool and comfortable lounge chairs. All which made enjoying the spectacular backyard ocean view even more relaxing. The house was located in a nice neighborhood that was near great restaurants and shopping as well as within walking distance of a kid friendly beach! Special thanks to Marco for coming by on day one to make sure everything was acceptable. And then for being quickly available to answer any questions about the house or what the island had to offer! Stunning location, right on the water. We loved watching the changing tides and beautiful sunsets. The pool was perfect for lap swimmers and for some pool games since it is a good depth. The communication from the start was efficient and Marco, the local property manager, was excellent, personable and very helpful. The house was pretty close to the photos, with the exception of a few pieces of furniture. You have a nice breeze when all the doors are open, but at night, we could close it up to have AC for sleeping. The bunk room works well for young children, but not so much for large teens. The beach close by was very pretty and convenient. We also used the services of Chef Ash one night. She prepared a multi course meal, and everything was delicious and she was a delight. I would recommend the house for future travelers.
