Great location on the lake with plenty of fun amenities like pool, ping pong, arcade games, and a hot tub. Host was very helpful and communicated quickly and clearly. The house is a really nice get-away.

Super fun lake house. Ample room for our 2 families of 4. Kids enjoyed the downstairs game room. We all enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks, dock area and fire pit. Beds were very comfortable and there were lots of towels which was great.

The stay was excellent. Perfect getaway for a group of friends in the winter. The only issue that was more about the weather so may not be helped - we were there during an ice storm. The walkway is a downward slant. It was incredibly slippery. Perhaps a salt/sand bucket could be placed at the top of the stairs where you park to avoid anyone falling during the winter months. Other than that - it was lovely and the jacuzzi was perfect for cold day overlooking the frozen lake!

Thanks for the suggestion — we’ll place a salt/sand bucket (and a shovel) at the top of the stairs, check traction options with our maintenance team, and add a winter-weather note to the guest guide so future visitors come prepared. Great house, location and management! House was exactly as pictured and it was a perfect lake house! Easy access to the lake with a pier to hang out on and access the lake using the paddle boards and kayaks! Bedrooms were very comfortable and plenty of room for family to have own space. Deck and fire pit area all had great views of the lake! Will rent again FOR SURE!

The place was amazing! We stayed here before and after our wedding and it was the most peaceful, relaxing and breath taking views of the lake, boats, and sunsets. Everything in the house was great and the communication from the hosts was on point! Any issue or question we had they answered that same day and made sure we were all set. If you need a get away deff pick this place!

Peaceful lakeside retreat with everything

This lakeside home was the perfect place for our family summer getaway. Clean, well-appointed, and just as appealing as the pictures promised! We enjoyed the views, the spacious deck, cooking delicious meals, and games galore – ping pong, arcade games, cornhole. The beds felt new and ultra luxurious. Due to the natural setting, this property has a number of stairs down to the dock. We spent hours swimming and kayaking in glistening lake waters, and active groups will appreciate the paddle boards, innertubes, and kayaks. Although there is plenty to do by the lake, we also enjoyed some of the local attractions. Don’t miss Sawyer’s ice cream, shopping and dining in Meredith and Wolfeboro, and scenic runs and hikes. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in and departure were straightforward and clearly communicated. We’ve stayed at lake homes all over new England, and our stay at Lake Winnipesaukee stands out as one of the best!
