Spectacular Villa Linda

Fabulous mountain villa overlooking the Mediterranean and a gorgeous valley of rolling hills on Vence's famous water trail. 25 minutes to Nice Airport, 15 minutes to Polygone Riviera Mall and Casino, 40 min to Monaco and Cannes by car. Fabulous pool and bbq area with a multisports court, great for relaxing with family and/or friends. Fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided, wifi, cable television. Free parking on property. Take a wonderful hike to Chapelle St. Rafael (great place to have a nice picnic) takes about one hour each way. Take advantage of the great bike trails nearby. Out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to take advantage to all the Cote d'Azur has to offer!!!

Great place to stay.

Lovely home in an area that is easily assessable to explore nearby beaches and villages. Comfortable place for our family with adequate bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the outside dining areas and pool each day after our adventures sightseeing. A great place to stay!

Lovely place !

We spent a week in August with my wife and kids + my parents in law. The villa is very spacious and the pool + BBQ area is great. There is AC in the villa which can sometimes be very appreciable Spectacular sea view from Nice Airport to L'Esterel over the green hills, never grew tired of it ! We also appreciated the quietness of the place. We would definetely love to come back

I didn't receive an email for check-in except that I had to arrive after 4pm. But no phone number. I found the house with some difficulty but no one was waiting for us. The entrance key was hidden next to the door. The pool was ready. We settled in. It wasn't until the following afternoon that the owner's daughter appeared on the terrace to reproach us for not having announced our arrival. She gave me her mother on the phone, who said she'd tried to contact me on Skype... The gate to the house cannot be closed, the owner keeps the remote control, so that they can use their car. Besides, access is complicated if you have a large car. Overall, the house is pleasant, more suitable for a family than for friends. The beds are soft and old, which in itself doesn't bother me, and there are two bathrooms inside two bedrooms out of the four bedrooms. This is not a luxury house, but rather a casual one. The pool is nice but not long. The view is lovely and we enjoyed the terrace. The kitchen has everything you need and is very functional. However, for other reasons that I won't go into here, I won't be returning to this villa.

Maison sympa mais DANGER

Maison agréable mais je ne veux rentrer plus dans le détail. Nous n'avons jamais vu la 5ème chambre qui est en photo sur l'annonce (photo 13/15) car les affaires personnels de la propriétaire y étaient, sans prévenir nécessitant aux enfants de dormir dans le lit canapé, qui n'est pas un lit (matelas de 10 cm d'épaisseur). Cuisine extérieure mal entretenue, on passe dessus... La propriétaire facture un forfait ménage pour vous demander ensuite de rendre la maison ménage fait. Prétendant que le forfait ménage est pour le linge... (SMS à l'appui !). Après nous avoir aussi demandé de nettoyer la piscine et d'arroser ses fleurs, bouquet final, elle refuse l'état des lieux de sortie (bon il n'y en a pas eu à l'entrée non plus!) en disant qu'elle ne peut pas venir avant 11h (prévenue 1 h avant notre départ pourtant), pour ensuite faire de fausses déclarations de saccage de la maison afin de garder la caution. Dommage sachant que nous avons pris des photos de toute la maison avant de partir. Donc nous nous sommes battus plus de 7 semaines, pour récupérer notre argent, sachant que la gestion faite par le service réclamations et la remise des pseudo preuves fournies par la propriétaire étaient hors-délais dans tout et que la propriétaire a fait de fausses déclarations. A fuir donc, sauf si vous voulez perdre du temps à récupérer votre caution. A ce jour, la garantie Europe Abritel nous a donné raison et la caution a été remboursée aujoud'hui, en espérant que la propriétaire n'ait pas gardé les autres... Cette location n'a rien à faire sur ce site... sauf pour perdre sa popularité et faire fuir les clients.

Adembenemend

Huis met verrassend veel ruimte en een mooi aangelegde tuin met adembenemend uitzicht: vanuit elke hoek van de tuin openden zich weer andere vergezichten op de omliggende groene heuvels en de zee. Onder de overkapping van de zomerkeuken bleef het de hele dag prettig koel, ‘s morgens ontbeten we onder de luifel voor het huis. Fijn zwembad, mooi centraal gelegen in de tuin. De huiskamer met open keuken is licht en smaakvol ingericht met comfortabele meubels. In alle kamers airco, en ik was aangenaam verrast door de grootte en het decor van de twee badkamers met aparte douche. Ook de ruime, moderne keuken, uitgevoerd in naturel hout, ziet er wat mij betreft mooier uit dan op de foto’s. Gezellige verlichting, zowel binnen als buiten, al zou een leeslamp in de huiskamer welkom zijn. Na elk uitstapje was het heerlijk thuiskomen in dit prachtige huis.

Perfect relaxing holiday in the Provence

We have just spent the most wonderful 10 days in Arlene’s house. The house and garden settings are absolutely marvellous (and private), with far reaching views of the delightful Provence. The house was very clean and is very spacious with all mod cons, the air con especially made all the difference. Car is definitely essential to your trip. Arlene was there when needed, thank you. For future guests, I would recommend Arlene to compile a small file with appliances instructions/ advice about the house and amenities , recommendations and advice on local shops / market and restaurants to try, or local annual events. Thank you again Arlene for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay

My cousin told me about this place and it did not disappoint. Clean and well maintained pool and garden. Great bar-b-q area. Most wonderful Roman water fountains throughout town. Chateau St Martin is a must!

Awesome place

Villa Linda was a beautiful place fully equipped. Great BBQ and pool area. Great hiking and rivers nearby. You can walk to town as well as be close enough to Cannes and Monaco if you are looking to have fun.

It's very well located. I am right in the middle of Cannes, Monaco and Nice, not far from the beach or ski lifts. Also I am 10 minutes from St Paul de Vence where you find the best restaurants of the Cote D'Azur. Plus this villa is beautifull and it has everything you need.
