We stayed one night and enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and family friendly. The only thing I would recommend is maybe some extra blankets, but other than that it was fully equipped and comfortable. If we ever come back down and needed a place we would stay again. Basil was very prompt on communication and let us access the house a little bit earlier. Thanks Basil!

We rented this home to contain our overflow for the Thanksgiving weekend. Our family has grown in the past few years, and everyone lives out of town so we needed extra beds. The house was perfect for our needs: clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Just what we needed when we needed it most. Thank you!

Adequate 3 bedroom

Very nice neighborhood. Home was clean except bathtub and there was a bad odor coming from the garbage can. Bed linens were nice, but towels were very small and thin. Host left water bottles, which was much appreciated. Overall, the rental met our needs for our weekend in Dayton

Basic space that is functional for a stay. Decent neighborhood. 6 cup coffee maker was a real bummer and one bed had uncomfortable downward slope. Couches and recliners very comfy. House is dark and could use some floor lamps. Kitchen counters with cigarette burns. Shower had very slow drain.

We had a wonderful time at the home. It was only a few miles from UD and it was easy to get an uber to go back and forth to UD. The home was very clean and the couches and beds were very comfortable. The owner left 5 bottles of water in the fridge along with some coffee and it was a nice touch. I would have some extra blankets for the couches. We were lounging on them watching tv and we would of loved to have an extra blanket to snuggle up with. The other thing is the front door sticks a little to open it. Overall a perfect house for the weekend close to UD.

The neighborhood was qquiet and safe. The amenities is the house were very well thought out. Utensils. towels, dish detergent, any other needs or wants were available. My one friend wanted to atke the mattress home with him he slept so comfortably.

Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. We had something that needed fixing and he got it done immediately. I highly recommend!
