This well-appointed home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for families and groups.

- No high volume music inside or outside, this is out of respect for the other residents and Neighbors

- Ensure that dishes are washed and put away before checking out.
- Garbage and Recycling to be bagged and left in garage.
- Only toilet paper down the toilet.
- Please leave the place as you found it
- Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close all windows and lock all doors.
- Any evidence of damage or excessive cleaning will result in a claim for costs to clean, repair or replace damage that occurred during your stay
- No glass around the pool
- Please ensure dry feet and shoes when entering back in the house from the pool

My family and I had an amazing time! Not only is the house beautiful and spacious, I really appreciate that it was available right away. It’s also really close to a Walmart, a big convenience. I will definitely book this home again.

The house is beautiful and very close to all the attractions. There's quite a bit of highway noise nearby, but we got used to it.

Great stay, garage needs a bit more coverage at the top as fly's the size of bees swarmed it after one night of me cooking dinner. We had children one being autistic & the door kept being left open ultimately letting flies in & resulting in us not letting them play in the game room anymore. Overall stay was great!! The fan in living room is missing an arm so we kept if off or on low if the house became hot.not enough rags so we purchased a few of our own. Lights did not work on the car port area which was a concern for me being that entry is located on side of house and porch light goes immediately off after you step up. FL got lizards etc so lighting is important especially being near Disney most families come home at dark! But again we would absolutely rent again & recommend this property those little things can be ironed out!

This was a perfect getaway VRBO . Not far at all from Disney parks . Farthest out was 25 minutes Epic Universe. Very close to shops and convenience stores . Walmart was very close . Rooms were beautifully decorated and loved the indoor game room . Local to great restaurants and loved the amneties.

We had a great stay. The house is very nicely updated and everything was very clean. Very safe neighborhood. It was about 20 minutes from Disney which was very convenient and a relatively easy drive. Lots of food choices within a 10-15 minute drive. Our only complaint is the thermostat was not allowed to be set below 74 and in the morning it was set to 75 and then 76. With the ceiling fans on during the day it felt fine but at night and in the morning we were not comfortable. Future guests should be aware that behind the property is a major highway. There is a good barrier so you cannot see it but you can hear it. It was not loud or bothersome to us but if you are looking for peaceful pool/outdoor time you should take this into consideration. Overall we loved our stay and how nice and clean everything was.
