Property clean and well maintained. Centrally located on the island so easy access to everything. Loved the lanai in the morning with coffee and sunrise! Even though the beach was within walking distance, I wanted it to be a little closer when pulling the wagon with all our gear at the end of the day. Definitely check out Coquinna Beach at the southern tip of island. Cool market several times a week with tons of parking.

A very nice place. The only problem were the nosy neighbors and there entitled whining. I was thinking of perhaps purchasing the condo, but not now.
