Excellent property close to pool and beach; have stayed in this home previously - enjoyed the beautiful home and the check in /check out process was efficient and easy. Disappointed golf cart and grill no longer included as these were both great amenities and features previously included. Would have rated excellent stay but the loss of these changed the rating to good. Overall everything else was nice; lovely home for a family vacation.

Everything was good. Most of these vacation rental houses now have the thermostats set where you can only lower them a certain amount. In this case 73 was fine for downstairs in the daytime but 73 upstairs at night is a little warm while trying to sleep, Being able to lower to 72 or 71 would make all the different in the world!Also we had asked about an early check in and were told it was an extra 50. I received a text from Tidewatch saying so and I asked about waiving that fee in lew of the dishwasher not working but I got no answer (either one way or the other).
