When entering the home there you are welcomed to an open living room and dining room. Just off the kitchen, a spacious laundry room provides convenience and leads to a cozy sunroom. The sunroom connects to a unique bunk suite layout—two bunk rooms joined by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower —making it a wonderful setup for kids.

The primary suite features a queen bed and a private ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. This bathroom is handicap accessible. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo for added privacy. This house is just less than 2 miles from Sam's Point boat launch, and there is plenty of space to park a boat trailer at the house.
