This is a nice clean property. Cleaner than most other properties around. We didn’t use any outdoor amenities so this review is only for the condo itself. Upon entry the air was clean with no odors. Entering the kitchen and living area , it’s clean, well lit and comfortable. The bedrooms were excellent. The linens were fresh and clean and bed covering was comfy and warm. All appliances worked and there was sufficient silverware and dishes for many people. The bath areas were clean but small and hot water can be an issue. Out on the deck we thoroughly enjoyed the Adirondackchairs and the view was wonderful. Thanks for a nice stay!

The condo was clean but from the moment we stepped foot in the condo the air conditioning was broken. Whoever cleaned the room before we arrived had to have known it wasn’t suppose to be 78 inside with the temp set at 70. After going without air for 2 days I had to be ask to move to another property , keep in mind I called at least 3 times a day inquiring when the air conditioner would be fixed. Also the master bathroom shower knob was broken. The 2nd day there was not an empty parking space for my car. Not a good experience and the management company should have offered a different property on the 1st day when I called after being there for 5 minutes that the air conditioning was NOT working.

Hi Kandy, we sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced in being offered another rental. Our team unfortunately believed based on a report we received that the AC had already been fixed after the first time you reached out to us. We have since re-evaluated our handling of these situations to ensure something like this never happens again.
