Our home is located just 7 miles north of Saratoga Springs and about 20 miles south of the Great Escape Amusement Park and Lake George. It offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full/2 half baths, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a living, family, and dining room. The finished basement allows for extra fun and sleeping spaces. The property provides ample space for play with a large yard, fenced inground pool area, hot tub, and fire pits. Wonderful stay

Both the owner and the house itself exceeded our expectations. Pool was perfect for our growing family and the house was spotless and in a beautiful neighborhood. Owner couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommend.

Great summer get away!

This was a great home with pool and hot tub for a summer stay! Michael is a great host and made sure everything was perfect! We would easily come back again! The area has a lot to offer if you can drag yourself away from the poolside relaxing! We especially enjoyed the 'lazy river tubing' on the Hudson with Adirondack Adventures. The first time was after some heavy rains-a very fast ride! 3 days later the water had receded and it was a much lazier ride through beautiful scenery! Even the small Six Flags was a fun afternoon

The best experience we could ever imagine

Holy cow, where do I start? The house is immaculate, with comfy couches, a pristine kitchen, lots of bedrooms and a perfect basement for kids (foosball? wow!). The pool is spectacular, nicely appointed with a pro-grade basketball hoop and oodles of seating. Yummy hot tub and professional grill. So it's everything you could ever want. But, believe it or not, the most memorable part might have been the back yard -- the green, both on the lovingly-maintained lawn and in the trees, was just spectacularly soothing. (And not buggy.) You couldn't ask for anything more private. Michael was an amazing host who attended to our every, even small, question or request. You should fight for this rental if it even comes close to fitting your needs. It's that good.

Amazing travers weekend

Michael and his property were as quality as it gets from the rental. The house is beautiful, quiet and very well maintained. Michael was very communicative and made for a very friendly and memorable renting experience. I will be hoping this house is available for the same weekend next year!

Family vacation

We definitely enjoyed our stay @ this home. This was a mini family reunion, and the home was very clean, spacious and had everything that a family (or group of guests) would want or need in a summer vacation home. Close to Saratoga Springs. Great pool (including pool floats and toys), hot tub, yard. Nice kitchen, patio, gas grill. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation!

The Owners are the Best! This Home has Everything you need, from the spotless Pool and Hot Tub to Meticulous Landscaping and even a robust garden for your salads! Bedrooms with a variety of beds, this is the perfect Family getaway Stay. Instant communication with Mike made things easy and straight forward. Moments from the Racetrack and all surrounding attractions. Right down to the Delicious Homemade Chocolate Cookies left for our arrival, I would recommend this Homeaway House to any and all. Great Vacation in a Beautiful Home!!

The house is in a very nice community and close to all the major attractions in the Saratoga area. Everything inside the home was in excellent condition. The house was very clean inside and out. Amazing stay

A group of friends and I visit Saratoga every year for the DMB concerts and everyone agreed this is was one of the best times staying at this house. Whether you are a group of friends or a family vacation with or without children, this place can accommodate all. The hosts of this house were the nicest people and will ensure that you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The house itself was even better than the pictures do it justice. The pool and hot tub were very well kept and there is plenty of outdoor space and seating in the backyard. The hosts even went out of there way to leave some Saratoga beer in the fridge, saratoga spring water, and homemade cookies upon our arrival. Will definitely come back for another visit.

Excellent Family Vacation Rental

We loved staying in this family friendly rental. The property was immaculately maintained, and had many kid friendly extras (pool, swingset, trampoline, playroom, etc.). It was convenient to get to both Saratoga (12 minutes) and Lake George (20 minutes) and close to family we were visiting in the area. We would highly recommend and our boys (almost 7 and 4) declared it their favorite vacation house! Our daughter (almost 1) seemed to enjoy it to, but most importantly was able to play safely (yay carpeting and well maintained hardwood floors) and slept well (thanks to blackout blinds and an excellent 2nd floor layout that minimized noise)!

Mike, our host, was excellent. Upon arriving at the property we were greeted with a plate or home made cookies, some local Saratoga spring water, and a case of local Saratoga beer in the fridge! A binder included all the necessary info concerning the house and the surrounding area (including handy menus to order food). I was traveling with ten men for a guys weekend and we all fit comfortably. The pool, hot tub and grounds were extremely well maintained. We were very close to the Saratoga race track and town. I highly recommend the property.

Couldn't have asked for more

We just stayed here this past weekend and couldn't have asked for more. The house was even better than expected because the pictures just couldn't do it justice. From the beautifully manicured grounds, and pool, to the lovely up-to-date interior amentities, I would recommend this family home to anyone looking to visit Saratoga Springs or the surrounding areas. It's clean, spacious, a short Uber from town, full of activities, and an overall exceptional home away from home that meets and exceeds its description. The owners went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. You will not regret your decision to stay here. If it's still available, book it before someone else does! : ) -
