In the summer, enjoy coffee on the deck then go for a swim or a kayak adventure with your private lake access! This newly renovated and fully stocked home is ready to make your Alaskan adventure one to never forget!
Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Fairbanks. This cozy hidden gem features 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washing and drying machine, and waterfront views. The bathroom is equipped with a shower for your comfort, along with towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. While this is a duplex unit, we own both sides and the garages separate the walls and sound proof your space for a quiet and private experience on the lake.

What a great place to stay. Accommodations were as described with no surprises. Very well appointed with all the amenities. Bed was comfortable and the fans were a nice touch. View of the lake from the dining table was superb. Kitchen was also well equipped with everything we needed. Easy access to all that Fairbanks has to offer. Communication from the host was effective and timely. We would stay here again.

The property was so quiet, clean, and modernly appointed, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The view was extraordinary, the bedsheets were incredibly comfy, the beds were sturdy, and access to laundry equipment. We will request to stay again when we are next slated to come to Fairbanks. If you want peace for sleep, a knock-your-socks-off view with your coffee, and prompt communication with the owner......this is where you want to stay. Quyana lots for having us. We'll be back.

Fairbanks Waterfront

Our stay was great. House was fantastic, clean, well stocked and great view. Right on the water. We go to Fairbanks at least once a year and this place will stay on the list for future visits.

The location and view of Peger Lake was great with access to kayaking. Our only suggestion would be to get some room darkening blinds but very enjoyable VRBO.

Amazing place and the owner. We book the place we got help sense day one. From place to eat. Either help me find tours . I was so happy to stay at this place I wish we could stay longer. We really enjoyed staying here as a family traveling with young children! The lake was peaceful and so much fun for my girls to swim! We desperately needed to wash clothes and we were THRILLED there was a washer/dryer here! I would recommend this cute place over and over!

This place has an amazing lake view! You can sit on the deck and enjoy the view and take the kayaks out to enjoy the water. There's a bbq as well and outdoor table to eat at. Also loved the indoor dining table with picture window! Beds were comfortable and had everything needed. Kitchen had the necessities and was nice. Host was easy to communicate with and was super nice. There are a lot of little touches that the host has thought of to make your stay comfortable. Thanks for a great Fairbanks stay!
