This newly renovated and fully stocked home is ready to make your Alaskan adventure one to never forget!
Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Fairbanks. This cozy hidden gem features 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washing and drying machine, and waterfront views. The bathroom is equipped with a shower for your comfort, along with towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. While this is a duplex unit, we own both sides and the garages separate the walls and sound proof your space for a quiet and private experience on the lake.

The location and view of Peger Lake was great with access to kayaking. Our only suggestion would be to get some room darkening blinds but very enjoyable VRBO.

Amazing place and the owner. We book the place we got help sense day one. From place to eat. Either help me find tours . I was so happy to stay at this place I wish we could stay longer. Fairbanks Waterfront

Our stay was great. House was fantastic, clean, well stocked and great view. Right on the water. We go to Fairbanks at least once a year and this place will stay on the list for future visits.
