Updated privately owned luxury vacation suite in the center of the resort town of Gimli, steps to the lake and next door to our Gimli Beach Condos (#1). Condo includes:
-1 large bedroom with newer pillow top king-size bed
-1 newer top of the line comfy queen sofa bed in the living room
-2 tv's, 2 DVDs, and free wifi included
-1 full size bathroom, with new toto soft close, cyclone flush toilet.
-Linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair-dryer included.
-Fully equipped kitchen includes newer stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, wall oven, microwave, coffeemaker with coffee, kettle with tea, lots of dishes, pots and pans, utensils etc..
-1 free parking spot onsite.
-Easy check-in with adjoining hotel's front desk, open 24/7.
- 2 night minimum stay presently.
-No pets (very firm), no parties and no smoking.


Our condo is super clean and includes all the amenities of the attached resort; indoor, outdoor pools, hot-tub, sauna, fitness area, ATM, restaurant, lounge bar, Robins coffee shop. boardwalk, pier, eclectic shops and four of tripadvisor's best Gimli restaurants are just steps away. Linens, towels provided on check-in and housekeeping is provided on checkout only.

Great place to stay and close to everything! If you are looking for more than a simple hotel room, the Gimli Beach Condo is the place to stay. Studio-style apartment with a good-sized bedroom and cozy sitting area/kitchenette. The small but functional kitchen has everything you need. The room is clean and the amenities were great. Perfect for longer business stays or holidays. It is great to have access to the hotel amenities too.

This was a very comfortable stay. The apartment is as pictured. I was amazed at how many kitchen appliances and supplies were available given the size of the space! The bed is super comfortable. There's a ton of space for clothes so you can get settled in, and lots of extra chairs, which is a nice touch. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well located just off the lake - it's connected to the Lakeview resort, so restaurants and shops are right there. Gayle was available and responsive for any questions. I'm definitely planning to stay there again when I'm next visiting my folks in Gimli, and I've already told my brother to book it for his stay next month!

Lovely condo.

Clean quiet well equipped apartment. Love that there are windows on two sides of the bedroom. It would be crowded if the hide a bed was also used in the living room. Good exercise room. Will definitely return!

Welcome! My husband Gary & I are very passionate about our two beautiful condos on the shores of Lake Winnipeg in the center of Gimli. We love to spend time in them ourselves with family & friends & love to share them with people from all over the world. I previously trained & worked in hotel management in Scotland, Ireland, Alberta & Ontario & my husband Gary is a project manager. We’re constantly discussing our next condo upgrade to make yours & ours the best vacation possible! Enjoy!!

Why they chose this property

Because it’s the most updated, super clean, fully equipped kitchen & fully furnished condo. Next to the beach (large side-beachfront balcony), steps to Gimli’s shops & restaurants. All the adjoining hotel amenities are normally available for you to use, however because of covid 19 some of the hotel amenities may or may not be available. Indoor/outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness area, restaurant, bar lounge, outdoor patio etc. and free parking during your stay.

What makes this property unique

We have quiet central air, no noisy wall heaters or air conditioners.
We have new blankets, comforters, linens, towels, pillows, new hardwood flooring, rugs, a newer super comfortable sofa bed.
We have smooth painted ceilings & recently professional freshly painted walls in neutral colours.
We have a separate bedroom with a second tv & dvd
We do not have cheap toilet paper.
We have top of the line toto cyclone flush toilets with soft close lids.
We do not have dollar store cutlery also have lots of mugs, drinking glasses, wine glasses, dishes, pots, pans & other cooking utensils.
We do not have loud bathroom fans.
We have bathroom door hooks.
We have top of the line appliances.
