Nice and clean. But it said it had a washer and dryer and it doesn’t and it also says towels provided .. we had 4 people for 3 days and only 2 bath towels and no washer or dryer. No of that would have been a problem for us if we knew ahead of time. Overall a nice experience.

A lovely cabin for a weekend stay

While we were a bit taken aback by the size of the cabin it was nice and cozy for a newlywed couple, all the amenities served their purposes perfectly and the environment was inviting and relaxing. Would certainly book again!

Cozy cabin in the woods!

This quaint cabin is nestled in the woods with the Au Sable River behind the house. It includes big picture windows allowing for a beautiful view. The outdoor lighting in the trees is picturesque. We travelled here in the winter so the snow and short days made for a peaceful and quiet getaway. This would also be a beautiful retreat in the summer months as well. It's only a short drive to Grayling for groceries or restaurants. A great find in northern Michigan!

This was first time using Vrbo and the entire process was simple from start to finish. The hardest part was selecting a place to stay. This was perfect got my 6 year old daughter and myself as a cabin for vacation. It's only 20 minutes, if that from Grayling which has most things a city would have. We spent time Disc Golfing at Hansen Hills, fishing at Glory Lake and overall just relaxing at the cabin. The cabin had high speed cable internet which made it that much easier for streaming movies and shows to fill in the dull times for my kid. The cabin had everything promised in the listing and was a very comfortable stay. My daughter was absolutely thrilled to stay in the cabin! The view from the living room and back patio area is phenomenal!!My daughter made me a necklace in school last year which I wear almost everyday. Upon check out, we looked high and low to make sure we didn't forget anything but as soon as we got home, I started looking for the necklace and couldn't find it. I contacted the number I was given for the hospitality and explained the situation. She contacted the cleaning person and was able to locate the necklace for me so they will be mailing it back to to cherish once again.Thank you Freshwater Vacation Rentals for the oppurtunity to rent this cabin and great work on the upkeep of the cabin as well.
