Comfortable and great location!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun vacation. The pool was beautiful and heated very comfortably. My kids couldn’t get enough swimming! The location was phenomenal in east Boca, right between A1A and the ocean. We enjoyed walking to the beach and grabbing food at nearby places (Peter’s Pizzeria, Sprinkles & Scoops, Playa Bowls). We also had plenty of options for dinner just a 15-20 minute walk down Palmetto. We had family staying nearby at the Boca Raton which was also just a 20 minute walk away. The neighborhood is a mix of beautiful new builds and charming older homes. It is a friendly and safe neighborhood. The home itself was very clean and spacious. The property manager was very easy to contact and super helpful. We ran out on our first day for supplies (dish soap, shampoo/soap, paper towels, detergent, toilet paper). The sheets and blankets felt a bit too lived in but that is really my only complaint about this property! Would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable, perfectly located house for a great beach vacation. Thanks for having us!

Peaceful Oasis in Beautiful Setting

The house is lovely, well furnished and appointed and supplied with most items we could need. The pool is quiet and relaxing while the house is a short walk to the beach and minutes by car to shopping and restaurants. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Well organized house for great vacation

My family and friends enjoyed staying in this house. All possible conveniences and items, large and small, have been in place and taken care of. We would certainly recommend this house and plan to book it again in winter.

Perfect location

The property is ideally located near the beach and in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is great; Near the Red Reef golf course and close to the intercoastal. It's also pretty quiet. The house offers a lovely pool, grill and outdoor area, and has 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. My husband, daughter and I stayed there for six weeks, and enjoyed it immensely. It's very relaxing. We hope to return.

Spectacular

This is probably the best, well equipped house I have rented through VRBO. Everything is new and working properly. The location of the house is perfect for a beach vacation. 5 minutes walking with shops around. The owner was on top of things and very responsive to a couple of things that came up. Wonderful person. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home by the beach

We loved our vacation at this property. We walked the few blocks to the beach every day. We swam in the pool every day. the home was nicely updated and extremely clean. We plan to return!

Great location, short walk to beach. Bikes were a terrific bonus. Safe bike lane along A1A. Clean. Convenient. Liked having a salt pool instead of chlorine. Everything worked without hassle. Arrival and departure were really efficient and seamless. Owner was very responsive. At one point, we had six of us there, and it never felt crowded.

Wonderful house!

Great house with everything you could possibly need! The location was perfect- walk to the beach, as well as good restaurants nearby. We have a lot of relatives in south Florida, so being able to see them but not stay with them was key! Best part for us (my husband, myself, two adult daughters) was rolling out of bed and right to the pool everyday! We've traveled to many 5 star properties during December the past 8 years or so, and this by far, rates as one of our favorites. The convenience of having a house with a pool and plenty of room to hang out was great! Thanks so much to Iveta and family.

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at Iveta's beautiful home. It is exactly as pictured - bright rooms, fully renovated, and absolutely immaculate. The home has every amenity you could need for a very comfortable vacation from the kitchen (new appliances, drip coffee maker, bean grinder, and everything you would need to cook and serve meals) to the laundry room with a new washer/dryer, plus flat screen TVs in every bedroom and the living room, bikes, beach chairs, pool toys, and plenty of beach towels. The pool was perfectly maintained - clean and clear - and the outdoor covered sitting area was very comfortable. The house is a short walk to the beach and walking distance to several restaurants (and if you stay here, try the Boca Beach House for breakfast or lunch). We needed to reach Iveta once during our stay and she responded immediately. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect beach getaway

Iveta's home is well appointed and situated. This was the nicest place my family has stayed using VRBO or AirBnB. The home has been recently renovated, so all new furniture, bedding and kitchen. 3 bedrooms, with a TV in each one, plus a large living room. The house is only a 5 minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes to Mizner Park, which makes this super convenient. Grocery stores (Fresh Market, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Publix) are a 5 minute drive (or take one of the bikes from the garage). Beautiful yard, with a large heated swimming pool. What are you waiting for? Book it today!
