This pet friendly, 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath home is located in North Morro Bay and is just minutes to the beach. Featuring a large outdoor patio boasting great ocean views this home is perfect for a quick weekend getaway.

Downstairs you will find a two garage, along with 2 full bedrooms and a shared bath. The first bedroom features a queen size bed along with a TV. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a Full size futon bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top along with a TV. This room also features sliding glass doors opening to a fully fenced backyard. You will also find a full bath with a shower/tub downstairs.

Upstairs you walk into a large open living area, with a full size sofa, multiple chairs and a gas fireplace to relax around. An open kitchen/dining area with an elegant table for four and open breakfast bar with seating for three makes this space open and inviting for all.

You will also find a large master suite with queen size bed, walk in closet, TV, and private full bath featuring a tub/shower.

Off the living room upstairs you will find a large outdoor patio with a gas BBQ, table and chairs for 4 along with amazing ocean views!

This home also offers a 1/2 bath off the upstairs living area, washer and dryer, cable TV(4), WIFI and every other modern luxury you could desire.

Dog friendly!

Nice place and definetly dog friendly. Backyard is completely enclosed but it is a small yard with dirt as a base so it is good that the carpet is old and a bit spotty from previous dogs.

Graduation celebration

The perfect location for a family weekend to celebrate graduation. This house is spacious and clean, walkable to the beach and a 15 min drive from campus. The hosts are super communicative and helpful and everything was fantastic. Highly recommend

Comfortable and clean, very nice

It was like staying over at a friend's house- all the glases, spices, utensils were right there. Very confortable. Front door lock was broken, but other than that it was all good.

Such a lovely home

What a lovely, spacious and comfortable home. The kitchen was well stocked (which is important to me). Appreciate that it was dog friendly. Beds were super comfy. Property manager was super helpful when we had a minor check in issue. It was clean and well stocked.

Adorable Beach House

The house was absolutely adorable. It was very cozy and comfy. The beach was just minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again. One minor complaint would be entry access. After I entered my code I would turn the knob counter clockwise but it wouldn’t click to open so I had to try a few times to get it to open.

Fun President's Day Weekend Vacation

Wonderful home with updated amenities. The main living area is on the second floor with tons of natural light coming in from the windows. the beach while on the other side of the highway is a short drive (few minutes) away, or a longer 15-20 minutes walk which we did several times with the dog. My family enjoyed using the bbq on the patio and using the large kitchen for family meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Morro Bay

Thanks for a wonderful time in Morro Bay! The house was amazing - very clean and welcoming! Loved the sea-themed decor which made it very homey. The kids loved the downstairs bedroom with bunk beds and it was nice to have 2.5 bathrooms. Ian was great and easy to work with. The home's location was great. Very quiet and close to the beach. This was our first vacation with our new dog Autumn and she seemed to love the home as well. We would definitely look to stay at this home again when we are traveling to the Central Coast.

Great dog-friendly home for our family getaway!

This home in Morro Bay was perfect for my family. We had 8 adults and 3 dogs and were very comfortable. The upstairs living space is totally open and great for eating and socializing, and the balcony has a nice view of the ocean. The beach is only about a 10-15 minute walk and really convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and there is an awesome dog park just a 5 minute walk away. Ian is a great property manager who was very responsive any time I emailed him a question before, during, and after our trip.

A clean, comfortable place to stay in Morro Bay

The property in Morro Bay met my needs while traveling to visit family in the area with 3 adults including myself , 3 children (7, 4, and 1.5 years old) and 1 sleepy small dog. I feel like we had plenty of room and could make meals easily in the roomy well stocked kitchen. Use of the garage was a handy place to help staging the loading and unloading of luggage, toddler items and foodstuffs from the two vehicles we parked in the driveway. Although we did not need the washer and dryer for our short visit it was good to know it was available. One feature I did not expect was being able to hear the rumbling of the ocean at night when weather conditions permitted opening of the windows. This property will be my first choice for the next time I need to rent a vacation home in Morro Bay.

House perfectly fit our needs!

We had such an enjoyable stay! We were able to cook great meals the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed! The beach was 2 mins away for us to take our dogs and easy cleaning with a hose in the backyard. Defiantly will stay here again!

Clean, well stocked kitchen to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Nice location for jaunts to the dog beach or city park. Enjoyed sunsets on the balcony. Great stay!

This is a spacious and well-equipped house in a low key, pretty neighborhood. The kitchen was well supplied with functional appliances and knives that were sharp! The patio grill was great. It was nice being out of downtown, and the neighbors were really friendly. pleasant walk to local coffee shop and very friendly for dogs.

Great place for a family get-away near Pacific ocean

It was a wonderful holiday get-away with the family at this property. The house was very clean, kitchen was stocked with all the necessary amenities. Family room was little small but cozy with clean sofa set. Smart TV have Netflix connection. Location is great, close to the beach, restaurants, various site-seeing locations. Nice neighborhood. Above all, property manager was very prompt in responding to any question. Definitely look forward to visit the place again in near future.

The house is a home! Filled with beautiful decor and attention to detail in every room. Very comfortable and roomy - nice deck to sit at in the morning! Make sure to bring your coffee and enjoy the relaxing environment. Great neighborhood and close and convenient to everything.
