We had a great stay at this cute duplex on the UWS. Communication with the host was easy and created a smooth check-in and check-out process. The residence was very clean and well kept. The host was great and very responsive. The duplex was clean and comfortable. It was 8 of us and we stayed 4 nites. Duplex is in a convenient location. Located near parks, restaurants and stores. We even rode the subway a few times. We had a few vehicles, but unfortunately NYC parking sucks...lolBut all in all we had a great stay.

We had a fabulous stay! Very clean. Great location between Riverside Park and Central Park. Accessible to subway/taxis or very walkable to Central Park/Times Square/Rockefellar center. This place was a great home away from home for our ten day visit to the city. Close to groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, pizza shops, drug stores, and basically anything you need. Four large bedrooms with plenty of space for everyone and three large beautiful bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen so you can cook or have anything delivered within minutes. Very quiet neighborhood.

The apartment was nice, clean and useful. This location did not match the one provided in listing. The times to attractions were over double. There were no mounted smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors in the apartment as indicated on the listing. We contacted the host, Property manager and rental company who did not correct the problems.
