The home was very clean- a great location for myself and kids- close to all the local attractions. We enjoyed a Reds game, Kings Island and a great seafood meal. Thank you!

Convenient

Communication with property manager very quick and efficient. Questions answered. House is very close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

The top floor condo was clean and the location was very convenient to the highway, shopping and restaurants. Kings Island was just a 20 minute drive. When I reached out the communication was quick and helpful. Just a few minor issues - some carpet stains and small things that could be repaired/replaced. We didn't cook, but it seemed like there was a modest amount of kitchen supplies. The first two nights the bottom floor condo was empty but when someone arrived the third night, we could easily hear them. Just a heads up to light sleepers. Overall we had everything we needed and were comfortable during our stay.

Light bulbs should all be tested - I bought 2 light bulbs. Handrail should be all the way up to the second floor, at least one bedroom should have a mirror near an outlet and lighting. Both bedrooms should have a lamp in addition to ceiling light. A cutting board should be available. I bought one and left it for others to use.
