From the start to the finish of our stay, everything was fantastic. Luxury shower and the hot tub were the highlight of our stay. The location was fantastic too. Very quiet right on the water and a very short distance from downtown TC. I really didn’t wanna leave.
This is one of our favorite properties we’ve ever stayed at! The owner was amazing, the property was stunning and the location was perfect! This was our first visit to Traverse City and we couldn’t ask for a better host and a better experience! A must for nature lovers and those who want a peaceful picture perfect experience!
As referred to by n previous posts, the pics don’t do it justice! Beautiful property, river was beautiful. Comfortable bed. It was a very enjoyable stay for my girlfriend’s birthday. Close but not too close to all TC has to offer. We spontaneously went to a concert at the local ballpark.
This property is absolutely gorgeous!! The river flowing through the backyard is a true highlight! This property was perfect for our family and we had a wonderful time!

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
My only criticism was that it didn’t feel as clean as what I’m used to for a vacation rental at that price point. I wished the comforter was thicker or there were extra warm blankets. At night it was in the 40s and outside my kids were cold. So if you go in fall / winter I’d pack some blankets. The futon was uncomfortable so we had to get an air bed for my son.Easy check in and out. Clear communication. Lovely view of the river at sunrise.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the river views at sunrise, along with the easy check-in process and communication.
We take cleanliness and guest comfort seriously, and we’re disappointed to hear that the accommodations did not fully meet your expectations. Had we been made aware of any concerns regarding cleanliness, bedding, or the futon during your stay, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them promptly and make every reasonable effort to improve your family’s experience. We strive to be responsive hosts, and our guests’ comfort is important to us.
Our goal is for every guest to feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their stay. We encourage guests to reach out to us whenever something isn’t quite right, as we would much rather have the opportunity to resolve a concern during the visit than learn about it after departure.
Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to continually improve the experience we provide to our guests.
Wonderful location and amenities! John was super helpful and even talked with me the day before we came up to make sure the gps didn’t take us to the wrong place! Cannot recommend staying here enough!
Wonderful property house is immaculate and John was very helpful. Only issue was he grass had not been mowed for a while and we were a little concerned with ticks

Absolutely a great concern to have about ticks and long grass. But the good news is, we spray for ticks and mosquitoes.
For future guests, please understand that your comfort and health is paramount. Being able to accommodate the reduced potential for ticks or even mosquitoes, is one of our top priorities. After all, it is northern Michigan, and we are hyper aware to curb any exposure.
We had the best time on our girls trip here! It was perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring and we spent a whole day just relaxing in the river. I highly recommend this place for a stay in this area.
We had a really great time! The property is so complete! It has everything that you could possibly wish for! The river is so beautiful!perfect for fly fishing! Richard was absolutely super to us! We cannot thank you enough for such an awesome time! We are coming back next month!
Only 7 minutes from the Keystone Soccer Complex for the Cherry Cup tournament and the Broadman nature trails are just as close! Great for a family looking to shower, sleep with the sounds of the River, and eat nutritious home made meals in the fully functioning kitchen. Highly recommend for soccer families! The nature trails offer a great destination before, between, or after games. We found so many cool rocks and were enthralled with the beauty of nature.
It was incredibly clean, with high end features and beautiful decorative touches. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub and steam shower were a luxurious feature and the view was incredible.
The home was very clean and well kept! It was easy to get to and conveniently located to Traverse City activities! Would highly recommend staying here! John was great to work with and very helpful.
Everything was perfect! The host was incredibly responsive, answered all questions in a very timely manner, and was very helpful along the way. Great house and a wonderful place to stay
The place and location was perfect for our family. The house is even nicer than the pictures depict. Super clean and beautiful location on the River. All the amenities and more. We will be back!
