Perfection

This is a beautiful home with everything one could want for an amazing vacation. The beach and the near by park are easy walking. There is a great kitchen incase you are lucky enough to have a chef in the family. The master bedroom is a wonderful retreat with a balcony. The owners are so responsive with great recommendations. Looking forward to our visit next year.

Cape May Family Reunion

We spent 4 nights with family at the property and were delighted with the home, the location, and Cape May in general. Very clean town with easy access to amazing beaches and good food. We traveled one day to the Wildwood Boardwalk and while we enjoyed it, we were quite happy to be in Cape May for the remainder of our time. Highly recommend the home and the town.

We are both architects in Philadelphia, and designed this home in our favorite place on the eastern coast. Outside of work, we spend lots of time on sports, reading and gardening. When not in Cape May Point for vacations or weekends, we like to travel to see architecture and culture - and sometimes scuba dive.

Why they chose this property

Having brought our kids here for years, a vacation home in Cape May Point is a dream come true for us. The Point is surrounded by dedicated nature preserves, is focused on sustainability and is a center for Audubon. We love the fact we are in a nature sanctuary, a small community, and are minutes from the 5 star restaurants in Cape May proper- many of which are farm to table.

What makes this property unique

Because we want you to explore and have fun, we have both kayaks for the ocean and ping pong table for the at-home fun. Mostly, I love this place because it's as hidden as can be, while only 3 blocks to a community-private beach on the ocean. The summers are filled with friendly neighbors who get to know each other in minutes.
