Newly renovated house in Oak Bluffs with modern decor, walk to downtown OB and beaches. Convenient & Quiet!

Newly renovated 3 bedroom house on the edge of town in Oak Bluffs, walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants. The perfect vacation rental for 6 – 8 guests.

The first floor features an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is anchored around a gas fireplace and flat screen TV with large comfy sofas. High ceilings, neutral colors, and discreet art make this a calming sanctuary and a great place to chill. The farmers porch is a fantastic spot to hang out and relax.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The beds include one king, one queen, and one double/full bed. Plus a queen wofa bed in the second bedroom

There is a lower level Media Room with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV and a fully equipped gym with spin bike, treadmill, weights, mats and resistance bands.

The farmer's porch entryway looks out over the front lawn. There is a smaller back deck and outside shower that open up to a private fully fenced and gated back yard with a firepit.

The Modern Farmhouse was a lovely property overall but had a few maintenance issues - back door doesn't close, dishwasher worked very poorly. Kitchen wasn't terribly well stocked and what was there was a bit disorganized. Other than that it was a good location, well kept, clean and the beds were comfy. I'd stay again if the other issues were resolved

Hi Alison, Thanks for the feedback, sorry about the back door, we would have gone over straight away to fix it as that's concerning when you say it doesn't close or do you mean lock? either way we'll check it out immediately. Would love more details on what you found missing or messy in the kitchen so we can talk to the housekeepers and fill any gaps we haven't had feedback before about things missing in the kitchen so would understand where we can improve.
