Best Little Secret in Myrtle Beach, 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo Ground Floor Unit

We are New to Vrbo , but we are seasoned rental property owners. As an incentive we are offering NO CLEANING FEE'S for a limited time .This is a first floor unit so No Stairs! Parking is Free and right outside ur front door. This is much more than ur average Condo in Myrtle. as it is over 1200 sqft. room to roam or hang out together. All the rooms are spacious. including the 2 huge Newly remolded bathrooms for ur comfort.We are literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. A huge entrance Welcomes you to the beach at the end of our street. Close to all kinds of shopping and Restaurants . Theirs a Super Walmart about a 5 min drive. We have 2 Screened in Patios one out front and the other right through those French doors.The condo is turn key. we do ask that u bring ur own sheets and towels. A Fullsize washer and dryer are in the condo for ur convenience. We have a great cleaning crew and we don't add any fees for cleaning. Also No Motorcycles are allowed on this property. With WiFi, AC, and more, we hope u will feel right at home during ur stay.

This was a last minute book condo. Everything was great. I love everything about it. It was a very nice place for 4 adults and 3 kids. The area was nice and quiet and not heavy traffic unless you’re going out to explore. The walk to the beach was nice. It wasn’t too far. The place was exactly how it was described. I will totally book this place again if I come back for a vacation again. The indoor pool was a plus. My kids enjoyed it. The neighbor on the left side was also very nice. If I can give the host more than just a five star, I would. She was very nice and communication was 100%. Doesn’t matter night or day, she will reply back within a few minutes.

This Condo is very Spacious, most Condos in the area are about half the size of ours. The bathrooms and flooring are all brand new, I think you will enjoy all the upgrades .
