We had a wonderful stay! The property had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway—even thoughtful snacks for our dog, which was a great touch.The host was responsive, communicated well throughout our stay, and made the entire experience seamless. The beds were very comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with all the essentials.We had no issues during our visit and truly enjoyed our time here. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Just read the last message from the host and am just flabbergasted at how concerned they were about the next guest but not about us…ever. And they said they “allowed” us a second pet. We asked and if they had said no we would have gone elsewhere. This was not some favor, we asked if they could accommodate and they chose to say yes. The house was fine, the trash cabinet nearly broke my foot when it fell open….Three times… the dishes in the cabinet were not clean, the shower is rusting, the bed is a box spring and the sheets are super cheap. The dishwasher was gross, but the night before we were to check out we get a message from them saying a new dishwasher is being delivered at 9 am the next morning. We said we were not ok with this and they asked us to “work with them”. We asked to be able to get into the house a couple hours early and they did not “work with us” or even communicate anything to us when we asked that they text us when the house would be available. Check in was at 4, they messaged us at 4:15. They had the smallest towels ever in the bathroom and they left one. Count it, 1 trash bag under the sink. Will not stay here again.

Peaceful neighborhood and easy access to local attractions

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to stretch out inside and enjoy the fenced in yard with kids and dog outside. Be mindful that the grill is charcoal and not propane. Host was super responsive. Easy access to downtown Knoxville and great restaurants in South Knoxville.
