Have fun family competitions on the 2 player Arcade console complete with 60 classic games such as Pac-Man, Galaga, Frogger, and more!

Home has high speed fiber internet making streaming and keeping in touch with others very easy. A new tankless hot water heater ensures everyone gets a hot shower and the full house generator keeps the house running during any unexpected power outages.

The custom-designed kitchen comes FULLY stocked with everything you need to cook up a feast. Plenty of cooking and baking tools and gadgets including items such as coffee makers (drip and Keurig), a KitchenAid stand mixer, blender, crockpot, air fryer and electric can opener.

Why they chose this property

We live in the neighborhood and thought it would be fun to have a property that is 100% rental. From May to November we are just down the street to address any issues and/or answer any questions about the area.

What makes this property unique

The property was 100% rebuilt in 2025. Reconfigured the house to have 4 bathrooms, 3 of which now connect to an adjoining bedroom. Almost everything in the house is new including windows, doors, AC, bathrooms, flooring, and almost all of the furniture. Huge new deck on the back of the house perfect for hosting family or friends.
