If you're traveling on business, the home's location is convenient to downtown as well as the ease of access to the interstate make travel to Franklin and Brentwood simple. The trend these days is to tear down houses and build two homes where a single family home once stood. It is a contentious practice. I acquired this home in an effort to prevent another historic property from being demolished and to ensure a better quality of life in the neighborhood in which I have lived for many years. With this fact, we cannot control adjacent construction projects that may create noise or other temporary inconveniences. As you'll see upon your visit to Nashville, the entire "It City" is under construction. By leasing this place, you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for such repercussions. If you're into newly built homes, then this home likely isn't for you. If you can tolerate a little quirkiness that comes with the charm of a house that is pushing 100 years old, then you'll probably enjoy the place. This house is professionally cleaned, please do not mistake old and well-worn with dirty or not clean.
