Following a hectic day at the beach or many attractions Orlando has to offer relax in the villa with all the home comforts you would find in a modern home, have a swim in the secluded oversize pool which can be heated if required ,a bbq can be organized by the management company, there are numerous shops & supermarkets within a short distance and if eating out is what you prefer there are restaurants to suit all taste buds within easy reach of the villa.

If you have any spare time the garage has been converted into a games room with full size pool table, darts board & table tennis, in the living room there is a 50inch wall mounted plasma digital TV with numerous channels to suit every taste, a dvd player & also in the formal lounge there is an oversize sofa which if required can be converted into a king size bed.

POOL HEATING IF REQUIRED IS $28 A DAY, POOL HEATER RUNS FOR 10-12 HOURS

Absolutely lovely villa very clean very spacious the pool is fantastic we stayed in August and the water temp was perfect. The en suite bathroom was great the kitchen is huge and very well equipt even though we didn't cook here. The coffee and coffee maker were perfect. We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn't be happier. When we come back to Florida with our children we would absolutely book here again. 25 mins to the Disney parks even with traffic publix less than 10 mins away. Lots of food options within 10 mins drive. The gated community is quiet and peaceful 10/10!

The home lived up to its description, offering ample space for a family of six. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the property featured a pool. However, the pool was covered with a blue tarp, and despite paying for heating, it remained cool since the heat was only available from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. My disabled husband and I found it challenging to remove the tarp, especially in the cooler temperatures, which prevented us from enjoying the pool. Additionally, while there was lighting on the patio, the pool area lacked adequate lighting in the evening. The bathrooms were clean, but I would suggest adding anti-slip mats or appliques, as the shower floor in the master bathroom was quite slippery. The owner, Sharon, is very welcoming and responsive. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Hi Ren Thanks for your review. The blue tarp as you state is actually a pool blanket and in the cooler months Sept- April we provide this on a easy roller reel for customers to use. In the cooler months when not using the pool we request the pool to be covered as it helps maintain the heat to make it more pleasurable for our customers. If you had of reach out during your stay i would have been happy to explain, also if the light issue was also report and anti slip mat, these are points that could have been resolved immediately. Also pool heat do not run for 24 hrs as they require the ambient outdoor temp to be above 55 to operate. Hope this answers and explains thanks Sharon

Easy Stay

I stay in the West Haven area often. This property is similar to others in the area. Sharon was great to work with and her communication was amazing. South facing pool is the highlight. Property has updated master bath and kitchen. Overall great stay.

We stayed for nine days and eight nights over the Christmas week, and this villa truly felt like a perfect home from home.We opted to have the pool heated, which was well worth it. It was a great size and pleasantly private, not overlooked by neighbouring properties. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with all the appliances and utensils you would expect from a high-quality Florida rental villa. The master bedroom bed was exceptionally comfortable, and after long days at the parks, it was an absolute joy to climb into. The showers had excellent water pressure, with a consistently comfortable temperature.The hosts were equally wonderful. We had the pleasure of meeting Sharon and her husband, and it was reassuring to know they were close by and happy to pop in if we needed any assistance.Having stayed in many properties within this gated community over the past 12 years, this villa stands out as one of our favourites. We would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable base for a Florida holiday.

Amazing holiday

The house is absolutely perfect. The pictures are good but still don’t show how lovely it is until you are here. We drove to the parks in 30 minutes but with traffic sometimes a bit longer but was great for the kids to see things. A supermarket and food places less than 10 minutes away. The pool is bigger than looks in photos and my boys have been in it all the time. We had it heated which was great on rainy days. We have really loved staying here and Sharon has answered all my silly questions really quickly. Would not hesitate to come back.

West Haven Stay

We loved our stay at this property. The house was clean, modern and as advertised. The swimming pool was very popular with my two children - they could have spent all day in there! The garden was very sunny but private, which was exactly what we hoped for. The pool table in the garage also provided hours of entertainment. West Haven is a fantastic location, with Champions Gate very close with a range of restaurants and fast food options and a Publix supermarket. You are also ideally located for Interstate 4 and all parks. Sharon was very quick to respond and very easy to deal with. We highly recommend this villa and hope you have as good a time as we did if you choose to stay!

Lovely House. BUT….

This is a very nice, well-kept property. Sharon was very prompt responding to any questions we had. However there are several issues that we feel should be addressed:- there is no hand rail when using the steps for the pool. This is a serious safety issue, especially for seniors. We did encounter a serious fall and had to seek medical attention as a result- the mattresses on the 2 single beds need to be replaced as they are very uncomfortable - there are no spare blankets for any of the beds- the pots and pans need to be updated/replaced- 2 towels per bedroom are not sufficient, especially for those staying any length of time. I let Sharon know and she did in fact provide more by unlocking a hall closet - there is no reason to keep towels under lock and key!

Hi Paula, Thanks for your review. Although I do this a 3 rating is very harsh. The property is not advertised with handrail so although I am sorry you encountered an accidents, but it's not a safety issue of the property and shouldn't be marked down for this reason. This is a personal requirement that you can make sure for your future trips and if you had asked I would have told you there was no rail. As you mentioned as soon as you arrived a few days later I I visited and told you if you needed anything to let me know. If you contacted me about additional heavy blankets that could have been arranged next day. Also there were min 2 bath and 2 hand in each bathroom and extra towels in master closet (maybe you didn't notice) there also a washer and dryer and as the booking was only made for 2 guests this should be more than ample. We keep extra towels and bedding in locked closet as there's no reason to leave dozens or towels out and not necessary. Thanks Sharon

Mother’s Day Getaway

Overall, it was a great experience but the home needs a very deep cleaning, especially in the master bathroom. Mold every where at the bottom of the shower and in the grout.
