Clean and cozy. Decorated well and well appointed with everything you need. The backyard is small but super well done and a great spot to hang out when it isn't too windy or throw on a sweater and the fire pit or jump in the jacuzzi. Parking is very small so may be difficult if you have a large vehicle. Great food options nearby, hikes and the beach.

An excellent place to stay. Everything in the house is really well done. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and high quality linens. The kitchen has everything you need with very good cookware and cutlery. All the cooking essentials are there. There was a really nice grill as well. The outdoor space was a highlight with a very big patio with your own private hot tub. The location was perfect. Easy to walk to several restaurants and stories. A great view of the bay. I would definitely stay here again

Not listed as a duplex didn’t realize there was gonna be people as we walked in front where we parked. Houses furnished good. That bed is comfortable. And ok Inside Parking is a little hard. And the Landscape is very unstable and stairs are not to code tripped on stairs at least twice going up to the place. Definitely would not stay again. Just not what we expected.

A snug and very well appointed place. Open floor plan on first floor, excepting master bedroom and bath. Second floor deck w/great harbor view, beds and bath. Rear patio a quiet and lovely spot with both sun and shade; hot tub, fire feature, and grill. Rear patio not fully enclosed, so care with dog /- kids. [Gates on sides would readily solve]Would def return.

This was a beautiful home. The layout made it nice to have your own space for individual downtime. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed, including coffee and spices for cooking. If you are a little unsure about parking, getting out of the driveway can be challenging, but it is worth staying. If you take your dog, the yard is not fenced, and the landscaping is too beautiful to leave your dog unattended. The hot tub was a very nice addition, and the foosball table! I would stay there again.

We had a lovely stay. It’s a cozy and clean house - exactly like the pictures. Great location. Communication with the property manager/owner was great too. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Cute little spot, and well appointed. No table/chairs out front as depicted for wine/cheese, but there was one (though with cobwebs) on the upper deck. Unfortunately the narrow cobblestone driveway was difficult to get in/out of safely (right on the highway with limited visibility). Also no local management to assist with needs (like missing ice cube trays), though the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Strong chemical smell made this place undesirable for my husband, but open windows and a breeze made it much better by day 2. Comfy beds and well set up for cooking. Hot tub a plus.

This could be a 10/10 property if it were better run. It was a well appointed, with beautiful back deck and really amazing views from the small second floor balcony. HOWEVER, on arrival, the house reeked from a "reed diffuser" emitting was an extremely strong, sweet and unpleasant aroma, obviously trying to hide some other odor. I put it outside, but the smell lingered all week, and was enough to make my asthma act up.Also, the property description gives "walking" distances to various local landmarks. UNLESS YOU ARE VERY BRAVE, THIS PROPERTY IS NOT WALKABLE! It is literally on the CA1 (PCH), with no sidewalk, no shoulder, and cars zipping by on a blind and winding road. I walked up to the top of the hill a few times, but if you showed up with children, elders, dogs, etc, expecting a casual stroll, you'd be shocked by the danger you were in. They should not describe this place as walkable, period.Finally, I selected this listing in part because of the hot tub. On the first night, the chlorine was so strong, it literally burned my skin and I only lasted two minutes. I never got back in. After check out, the owner said the water was "contaminated" and I would be charged 175 for a drain and fill. She sent a photo of cloudy water, which was a joke for two reasons: it never looked that way, and could not have gotten that way after literally one use, and she had previously sent a message explaining that cloudy water was A-ok and a product of marine environment! What a scam!

Additionally, our hot tubs are professionally cleaned and verified prior to arrival, and documentation confirms the water became contaminated during your stay. Raising these complaints only after being notified of a standard hot tub service fee—rather than reaching out during a week-long stay—is deeply unfair to small businesses that rely on honest, constructive feedback. We maintain rigorous standards and wish you the best.

Cleanest place ever and so relaxing!

My bestie and I work all the time. We needed time away from the hustle of regular life. We found this gem and it was perfect! Quiet and very clean. Our host was very attentive, and we only needed her once regarding the wi-fi. She was fast in responding and super sweet! We will definitely be back.
